Very convenient Hotel well located close to the train station and center of Fribourg. Everything in walking distance. Rooms are fine and clean. A nice breakfast. Certainly value for money.

I had enquired with the hotel staff about a charge point in the parking garage to charge our EV overnight, however, the promised "standard charge point" turned out to be a wall plug which we couldn't use as we didn't have an adapter available (normally, I would expect a standard charge point to either have a Mennekes/Type 2 cable or a Type 2 plug). Could have been a misunderstanding during the phone call, but I'll leave this here as a heads-up for fellow electric drivers.

The door to the bathroom didn't close properly, but as I was by myself that was not an issue. The door to the room was surprisingly difficult to unlock.

Bar and restaurant closed all evening, was the same on last visit two months ago. So forced to go out for evening meals even in poor weather conditions.

No tea/coffee facilities in the room. The breakfast was unspectacular. The area around the hotel isn't the most 'alive', quite industial and a far cry from the beauty of Fribourg old town

I was impressed by the level of service and cleanliness. The room was a good size and very comfortable. It's shower area was small but the doors closed properly, unlike idenitcal showers in other, recent hotels, so the floor kept dry. Thankfully, they had plenty of Euro>Swiss power adaptors and were able to lend me one.

Close to the train station and main shopping center. Walking distance to historical part of the city which was great. Very clean and modern facilities. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff.

room was with wall dirty . the door of the bathroom couldn't close and the portrait of the window was a little bit broken. breakfast was normal... during our holidays outside there were men at work and so a lot of noise since 7.00

Upon my arrival the receptionist was really nice. She let me charged my phone twice really nice staff. The room was clean I didn’t expect a studio so that went above my expectation. Very impressed The bed was extremely comfortable The shower , toilet was impeccably clean The hotel looks nice around. The breakfast was extremely yummy. I loved the quality of the bread. Small options but it was ok. I would have loved fried eggs etc Shame the restaurant was closed I’d definitely come again !

A central, not luxury, but uncomplicated location for a good price. Easy to arrive at night, when the reception is closed (key box to open with code). Parking Place in the underground garage. Staff very friendly! Comfortable beds.

Entrance is a bit weird, you first enter through a staircase and wouldn’t really expect a hotel reception there.

Very friendly and helpfull stuff. The bed is extremely comfortable. Facilities are okay, reception and restaurant is quite modern and nice but overall it’s a bit an outdated building with small elevators. But you really can’t complain at this price. The room was clean, quite at night and perfect for a one night stay. I would recommend this place for a quick visit in Fribourg if you want the best service for your money.
