Literally in the airport, no fuss, does the job. This was my first time staying in a capsule hotel, and contrary to what I was afraid about, I did not feel claustrophobic at all. There was no temperature control in the pod, but it was comfortable.

It was a bit noisy at times, other guests closing their capsules. But of course, it is expected.

Location is convenient, very clean and mega fast, also the common area is really nice.

I had two complaints/ room for improvement, lights were bright ....... but I used common sense and realised you can dim them but the other still stands The price is very high for just a capsule, they should make it half the price ,

Could hear someone snoring from my capsule (but the hotel provide earplugs) Some hairs left in the male showers (but overall clean)

Just in front of the airport, easy check in and check out, confortable bed, secured capsule with a code so it didn’t really feel like sleeping in a dorm. Food/drink bar available at all time. Showers have fully closed doors to respect your privacy.

Good option for a solo travelers when your flight is early in the morning. Good value for money. Facilities were good, wven place for a hand luggage. Nicely decorated. Perfect location - at the airport.

They provide ear plugs which are a necessity. With a number of capsules per room there is noise as people get up for flights at different times. Much quieter than a hostel but louder than a private hotel room. Capsule was plenty spacious and I am 112 kilos and 188cm

Even though there was a silence sign in the rooms and wearing hearing protection, inside the capsule you could hear the door slamming, people talking and snoring. Which for me as a light sleeper was bad.

If you have a flight that leaves very early, or a long layover, and you don't want to spend a lot, it's a great place. The beds are comfortable (if you are very tall it may be a little tight). The bathroom is clean, the shower is hot and strong. There is a hairdryer to use.

Very limited food options, but ok with the type of accommodation. All depends on who your neighbour guest is because even you can hear if snoring and walking.

Very close to Zurich airport, easy to find if you follow signs. Good for late night and early morning flights.

A few staff members were a little rude when I asked some questions, it could be quite loud where people arrived/left for flights at different times (though ear buds were provided) and it was a bit warm in both the dorm and the pods. It would also be handy to have a microwave or something so you don't have to buy the expensive food at the hotel, or trek to the airport. However, even with these complaints, I really did enjoy my stay and would definitely recommend it.

The place was incredibly clean, and I loved the fact it had a bar etc! They really thought of everything. Not to mention, the incredible bathrooms. The showers are fantastic, with high water pressure and your own little part of the cubicle to get changed where it's dry.

1. Getting out of the top pod is rather difficult not to say a bit dangerous. 2. People who can‘t respect others by banging doors and loudly talking during sleeping hours.

Closeness of the hotel to the check-in is unbeatable! Everything needed provided (towels, bath mat, bedding) and amenities are super clean.
