There was construction floor on our floor and therefore a lot of noise between ten and six.

Some maintenance was in progress and there were a few areas in the landings which might have needed to be vacuumed more often.

My wife and I stayed here for one night.. When a slight concern was raised they went above and beyond to make our stay really special. The on site restaurant is superb. We have dined at Michelin and Rossete restaurants and we went in with a more general expectation of the menu and were pleasently surprised by the exceedingly good standard of the menu. We would highly recommend anyone, alone, as a couple or with children to stay here. The staff were helpful, friendly and have great communication skills and the facilities are very good.

Not necessary a problem for us, but this hotel is outside the Altstad. You have to take a taxi our use the public transport system. Free transit passes are offered by the hotel

The staff at reception wasn't particularly welcoming, no smile on their face, and weren't too understanding of an error made on their system about our breakfast. It is a very popular hotel clearly and reception staff could have been much more welcoming.

Clean and very quiet, the hotel was enjoyable for the night. Dogs are welcome, which is a bonus for us.

Everything. Beginning from the first impression - the very beautiful and colorful lobby, the bar, the very kind, professional and helpful stuff, that also arranged for me earlier entrance in the room as scheduled, since I arrived really early in the city and asked if there is any possibility for that. You can also leave your luggage there. The room - same as in the photos, big enough for me, cute and stylish, very clean. I liked the glasses for water, the quality of the liquid soap, shower gel and body lotion in the bathroom. The bed and pillows were comfortable. And to finish with the restaurant where the breakfast was served - very, very beautiful, with big windows and view of a garden. The breakfast offer was miscellaneous. I would sort it in the direction to 5* hotel - really good decorations that drew my attention and everything was tasty. Very nice dessert too. To mention that the location is quite central, one could get on foot, if wants to have a little walk, but the connection to public transport was very good only 2 min to bus and tram, that are really frequent. You get a city card in the hotel with which you don't pay for the tickets and to 50% off for visiting museums. I'd definitely stay again in this hotel! .

Extremely friendly staff, quiet and clean room, very comfortable beds. Proximity with the Basel Messe, easy to reach by public transportation. The breakfast was rich and of a good quality.

My only wish would have been some English language TV options but this is not the fault of the hotel. The free WI-FI allowed us to watch Netflix.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were well sized and clean. Having the ability to open the window to get fresh air is ideal. We did not have the breakfast which I regret as it looked great!

We booked the triple room, which looked to be a regular double with an extra foldable bed added, which left hardly any room to walk around the bed (but we were just there for one night, so didn't really matter). Airconditioning didn't do much.

Easy to reach, walking distance from city center, parking below the hotel, very nice breakfast buffet, comfortable beds, friendly and efficient staff.

I like the English Breakfast, kids loved it. I never expected that in Basel. And loved the selection of complimentary Beers, soft drinks in the fridge. Room was very big with lovely kitchen essentials. I mean perfect family home.
