Diana and her staff, were just fantastic. A cracking and well equipped studio flat. Plus a ski room, to keep my boots and skis. With washing and drying facilities in the building to use also.

It doesn’t have a microwave and some more items for the kitchen would have been good to have. We also found only two door keys was not enough as we were a family of adults.

Really nice, great bathrooms and living room, good beds and bedding, good location for the lift. Very nicely decorated and furnished. In a pretty area on the edge of town but in walking distance from central Zermatt.

The property is located in a nice area with great view towards the Matterhorn and close to cable station Matterhorn Glacier Express The rooms are very nice furnished and spotless, very comfortable bed and I personally loved the pillows ( which is quite rare for me in a hotel :) )

We are still a little confused by the trash disposal system, but Diana helped us throughout the week.

We were able to walk in and settle in without a hitch. Super easy. Diana was amazing. Attentive, responsive, and very thoughtful throughout our entire stay.

Perfect location for skiing. There’s a nice uphill which is to be expected in alpine town. Diana is a great host, always approachable. The 2 people apartment is relatively small, but has everything you need for a week skiing.

Fantastic view of the Matterhorn, very close to the cable car station (albeit quite a steep climb), everything we needed was there. The property is very spacious.

Absolutely perfect! The view, location, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, absolutely magical. The top of the perfection were the hosts, very professional, very kind and helpful, also prior to arrival. Our home delivered groceries were taken care of already before arrival, placed in the fridge etc. Perfect, will return soon!

The steep hill to get to the property. Although it’s very close to the ski lifts.

Great property, very spacious. We stayed in the largest apartment, and we were 2 families with small kids. The hosts are wonderful and the place is super clean and has everything you need. With a bonus of a football table in the basement that the kids enjoyed a lot.

The apartment is very spacious with an amazing view of the Matterhorn. It was spotless clean when we entered and the host was always attentive and very helpful. It is located 5 mins walk for the matterhorn express lift and it is a 15 minute walk from the center of Zermatt

Lack of side walks in the center

Nice location, short steep walk to the house from the gondola, 10 minutes to supermarket and beginning of city center. Great place, they should only try to slow down the electric taxis.

The location and "slope" was something we underestimated. The property is not very near the city centre (1.2km thereabout) and is about a 15 minute walk. Walking down is quite comfortable and pleasant, but the return journey can be quite tiring and we always had to stop and catch our breath a few times up the slope (we clearly are not the fittest). Although the property is physically close to the furi lift, it is quite a walk up at a 20-30deg angle and does feel more than 150-200m. We were taking the electric taxis almost daily and and also left our snowboards in the lockers at the lifts at a cost (to avoid carrying it back up the slope). We didnt try the buses because it appears to stop about 200-300m away from the property and takes about as much time as it does to walk. I think the property will be perfect if one does not intend to spend alot of time/make alot of trips to the city center, and enjoys walking/climbing. Highly recommend to take a taxi as well from the train station as it will be some feat pulling luggages up the slope. We stayed in the studio apartment on the ground floor so there was not much of a view from the room, but there is a beautiful view outside the property. Pillows were a bit too soft and thin for personal liking

There are many good things that we enjoyed on our stay. The room was clean, the kitchen was well furnished with condiments and everything needed for cooking, check in and out were easy, wifi and everything worked well and diana our host was friendly and helped us call a taxi when we needed one. Price wise i think this is one of the most affordable/lowest cost in zermatt!

It was an amazing property with a beautiful view, the host was so kind and made sure we were set and comfortable. the apartment itself was spacious and allowed us a very very comfortable stay. I went here with friends but i’m thinking of bringing my family back to here in the near future as it was one of the most wonderful stays i. my europe trip!
