The hotel is modern and chic. Wow factor the moment we stepped into the lobby and continue to amaze us as we check in. Bathroom was huge and clean, coffee machine in the room was provided. Bed was big and comfortable. Balcony was bigger than most hotels! Highly recommend

In room lighting

The hotel has stylish interior, very chic. The room is nice but the lighting is too dark. Location is fine convenient to stroll in town. Breakfast was moderate. The bar at night was fantastic and fun vibes.

The staff are very welcoming and helpful if you have any questions about anything. They were very polite and approachable.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Our room was very comfortable and bright. We could open the windows for fresh air and the bathroom shower was great. We enjoyed the first floor restaurant for coffee and breakfast and also the sidewalk cafe for a drink. It was convenient to walk into the city and the area is not crowded with tourists. We jumped on a bus on the corner to get to Mt. Pilatus.

Rooms in Europe can never get cool enough so we need to open the windows which can be noisy in downtown locations. This criticism is not just for this hotel but most hotels in Europe.

Hotel was well located (short walk from main train station), the staff were friendly, personable and very helpful, breakfast was great (especially the honey comb) and the bar and restaurant were excellent.

Room was clean and cosy but nothing so special.

This place has such a rich history that you just want to discover every part of. Parking was a easy for us; we settled the bill at the hotel and found a spot nearby. It might not be as straightforward every time, though. The famous bridge and some fantastic restaurants are just a short 4-5 minute stroll away, making the location perfect. Breakfast was not only delicious but also served in a delightful atmosphere.

The bathroom shower stall was a little small. Not a big thing but shampoo and shower gel were all-in-one, so if you prefer them separately, then you need to bring your own.

The location was perfect, 9 mins walk from the main train station and 5-10 mins to the old bridges/old town. It was quiet and peaceful. The staff were amazing, friendly and helpful. The hotel looked modern and well-decorated. Got a good balcony space looking out to the backyard and good view of Lucerne old building.

Everything was perfect, even better than expected. Tastefully decorated room, amazing breakfast, very friendly and helpful staff, thank you very much! Good option for parking in the streets nearby (15 Swiss franks for 24 hours) with the card from the hotel. 5 minutes walk from the old city, location is great to discover the city.

Very nice staff, awesome room, great location and amazing restaurant! Room wasn’t noisy at all (with closed windows) despite the hotel being located on a main street. It also means the hotel is very central in Lucerne which is great for exploring the city!
