The hotel staff were absolutely amazing. The reception people were extremely helpful. We decided to stay a couple more days and they arranged it so that we were able to stay in the same room. Any questions we had they were more than helpful. Even when we booked a table for dinner and were running late They were able to move our reservation time and accommodate us. They truly were brilliant. Can't recommended this place enough. It is also just a 6 minute walk from the main train station.

Everything was great

Friendly staff - always welcoming and we even received a free upgrade for the room with a balcony, which was a very warm touch. The breakfast selection was great - you can get everything and even more. Location was superb, very close to the station and all the bars and attractions in the city. Clean, stylish hotel - would recommend to everyone.

Heating is not quite well. I feel a little bit cold when I was sleeping.

The location is great. Only 10 minutes walk from the train station. The hotel has large public areas located on several floors.

The room is too small with no heating. The breakfast buffet is amazing, but the lady responsible for greeting the people is a little bit rude.

The whole hotel was so cute! My boyfriend and I had cozy nights at the hotel bar and the staff was great. Also the breakfast was nice as well, would recommend getting it added on to your stay!

Absolutely stunning boutique hotel, the room was very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was FANTASTIC - very good spread. The location was great, only about an 8 minute walk from the train station.

Slow breakfast service.

Clean and helpful staff. Cafe was nice. Wasn’t in the centre of town but transport via tram was easy to navigate and front desk were helpful in things to do/ hikes to take.

This is an amazing historic hotel that was a short walk or even shorter bus ride from the train station. It was close to anything you would want to see including the bus stop to get to Mount Pitalus. The staff were very friendly and gave us a complimentary upgrade. Our room had an amazing view and even included some Christmas decorations. The huge bed was like a dream as well as the walk-in rain shower. The breakfast was the best on our trip. I can't imagine staying anyplace else in Luzern.

If I were to make a tiny comment, a kettle in the room and better pillows would be a great addition.

The location is a bit out of the tourist area but once we became familiar with with the area it was not an issue

The hotel is located in a convenient location close to the train station. The room was comfortable and the staff helpful, the breakfast was very good.

The suite was very comfortable for our family of 4 plus the unforgettable rooftop hot tub. The hotel is modern but we still can feel its history. Great location, great breakfast and very accommodating staff. Definitely a must when visiting Lucerne.

Hmm probably having a kettle in the room would have been great.

Great location. We walked pretty much all the time. 10 min walk from the station. We even got a free upgrade to a junior suite which was really really spacious. Probably bigger than most New York studio apartments. 15 mins to the old town markets (where you have all the touristy shops) 20-30 from the lion monument and glacier garden Bus stop right in front of the hotel in case you want to take a bus (almost all buses pass through there like 20 of them)

I adore this hotel. It is in the perfect location, the people that work here are on their A game, the shower is incredible. Didn’t know that much pressure could come from a rain shower. Bed and linens very comfy and breakfast each morning had so many choices. Delicious coffee. Everything impeccably clean. If you are someone who is picky about hotels choose this one!!

Loved everything

Fabulous funky hotel, only a short walk of about 6 minutes from the train station. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Rooms were modern and clean. Great place to return to and have a relaxing drink by the fire before eating out or dining in. Highly recommend.
