No facility to make tea or even hot water, TV not modern ( not Smart TV or chrome cast) and no A/C made the room uncomfortable but this seemed to moderate but took some time

The staff were amazing from the moment we entered the hotel. We were given a room upgrade with views of the snow-capped mountain. The bed was comfortable, the pillows were a bit soft so we asked for a harder pillow which was not a problem for the staff, they brought us another 2 pillows but later found that all their pillows are made of feathers to help those with allergies which is great. The room had double walls, which was great because we could not hear any noise from the street. The hotel was within walking distance to the centre of town and 10min walk to the train station. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Luzern.

A mini bar fridge would have been handy. Also, a small wardrobe for hanging clothes would have been helpful. Otherwise, all good.

The location was excellent, a short 10 minute walk to Luzern Station, very convenient for transport to main activities, close to good restaurants and the Rosengart Art Gallery. Very friendly concierge and excellent 'all you can eat' breakfast.

The hotel was great. The staff were super friendly. It was our anniversary and so they left us a little treat in our room which was really nice. The room was a good size and bed very comfy. The breakfast buffet included was also great. The hotel was in a convenient location, only ten minutes walk to train terminal and main sights. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The hotel is modern and chic. Wow factor the moment we stepped into the lobby and continue to amaze us as we check in. Bathroom was huge and clean, coffee machine in the room was provided. Bed was big and comfortable. Balcony was bigger than most hotels! Highly recommend

In room lighting

The hotel has stylish interior, very chic. The room is nice but the lighting is too dark. Location is fine convenient to stroll in town. Breakfast was moderate. The bar at night was fantastic and fun vibes.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Our room was very comfortable and bright. We could open the windows for fresh air and the bathroom shower was great. We enjoyed the first floor restaurant for coffee and breakfast and also the sidewalk cafe for a drink. It was convenient to walk into the city and the area is not crowded with tourists. We jumped on a bus on the corner to get to Mt. Pilatus.

Rooms in Europe can never get cool enough so we need to open the windows which can be noisy in downtown locations. This criticism is not just for this hotel but most hotels in Europe.

Hotel was well located (short walk from main train station), the staff were friendly, personable and very helpful, breakfast was great (especially the honey comb) and the bar and restaurant were excellent.

Room was clean and cosy but nothing so special.

This place has such a rich history that you just want to discover every part of. Parking was a easy for us; we settled the bill at the hotel and found a spot nearby. It might not be as straightforward every time, though. The famous bridge and some fantastic restaurants are just a short 4-5 minute stroll away, making the location perfect. Breakfast was not only delicious but also served in a delightful atmosphere.
