Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesNo personal bath items: no soap, hair shampoo or other care items you’d expect to see in a unit at this price point. Did not like finding out the spa was an up charge and the rate is not commiserate with unit of this cost. Everything else was as expected for a the price point. I ever do like not knowing all the facts until I arrive, including a departure tourist tax. No mention of this tax on any paperwork. I fully expected that we paid for every amenity and tax listed on the website. I feel like I was charged twice for the tourist tax as it was paid to Booking.com
Location to Gondola is excellent. Close to restaurants and ski rental shops. Great view of the Matterhorn.

United StatesSuperb location. Very comfortable 2 bedroom apartment. Great views of the Matterhorn from the living room and one of the bedrooms. Within two minutes walk of the lift to Furri, Schwarzee, Trockener Steg, and the Klein Matterhorn Glacier Paradise. Judith Bauer, the apartment manager was a kind, diligent and superb host. The apartment exceeded our expectations.

United StatesCannot think of anything I did not like! Everything one could need was provided. They even provided a very nice day pack to use for hiking. Really nothing to be critical about.
The location was great and view was amazing! We had a spectacular view of the Matterhorn from the porch and living room. Every morning, I watched the sun rise on the Matterhorn and watched the color change as the sun reflected offer the mountainside. The place was absolutely amazing. Very spacious. Very nice rooms and two fantastic baths. Heated floors. Every amenity imaginable. Full kitchen with everything you could possibly need. Judith, the property manager, was wonderful. Reached out to ensure we have all the check-in information. Provided wonderful guidance on local areas. Was so incredibly nice! This was an amazing vacation. Cannot provide a higher recommendation. Location was very nice. Right near the lift, equipment rental, and taxi stand. Perfect!

Judith is wonderful host! Very responsive and helpful in every way. The apt is beautiful, we'll appointed and in a perfect location for those who love to hike the mountains. And the mountains! OMG! Some of the best hiking we've experienced anywhere! Highly recommend Ari Resort and the area surrounding Zermatt!

Location, amenity (different from a typical full service hotel, as this is a vacation apartment style accommodation but this is what we wanted) quality, cleanliness, staff... all were what we exactly needed!!

Switzerlandreally nothing… only the blanket on the sofa in the living room was smelly (needed to be watched), therefore we just did not use it…. otherwise really nothing
close to the lift (no rush in the morning for the kids ski school, which is right where!!!), clean, you do not need to bring with you things like garbage bags, toilet paper, salt/sugar/spices/oil, dishwasher tabs, kitchen towels etc. - everything is there and included. unobstructed view of Matterhorn. there is washing machine somewhere in the building available (which is good, but we did not use it).

BrazilLocation is excelent, just a few steps from the gondola. Judith was very helpfull anytime we nedded and the apartment is great. The kitchen is fully equipped and everything looks brand new. I definitely would come back =)
