Our stay was great! From the warm welcoming, the location of the fantastic hotel with the unique art-touch. A beautiful, big room with a comforable bed, stunning bath-room design + very good breakfast. On the roof it' s a pool, where you can hang up + enjoy yourself with a book or just a drink and dinner with a wunderful view over Ascona & the lake and the surrounding.

NO hotel staff on duty over-night. if any guest has a health emergency or injury there is no body to help or assist except with an awkward effort to find someone. this is a dangerous condition.

Everything was exceptional. I would recommend this hotel as a true example of what first class service looks like. The photos, as great at they are, don’t do justice to how beautiful, well maintained and clean the hotel was. The service and attention to detail are some of the best I’ve ever seen. The heated pool, restaurant, breakfast options were just incredible. Thank you to everyone for making this a truly unforgettable stay.

No Air Con although there were ceiling fans. Also no drinks in room aside from water - would’ve preferred to be able to make myself a cup of tea or coffee in the room.

Very friendly staff/management. Great location. Lovely food. Roof top terrace and uniqueness of rooms made it extra special. Would recommend.

Everything was perfect. Only thing worth mentioning is that when you order food from the terrace, it arrives on a dim waiter. we were told to wait at the lift and were confused at first.

Great breakfast and fantastic staff. The rooftop pool and bar are a lovely place to hang out and the food was excellent. A really good location, handy for restaurants, boat trips and the shopping in Ascona. We'll go back.

I didn't like that we couldn't have dinner at our hotel due to the live session of the jazz festival. As we didn't know I would expect an email before to let us know in advance. Also I would like to be able to have a menu for the rooftop and the pool all day. As the lunch is only served between 12:00 - 2:00 and that's not ideal if you had late breakfast.

The place was amazing very nice atmosphere and very well decorated. The room was comfortable and good in space. The bed was very comfortable.

The hotel was excellent with friendly and efficient staff . the location was brilliant and we would definitely stay there next time we visit Ascona. The small bar was particularly nice and the terrace has a superb view. All in all a great hotel.
