not knowing the sauna operations. I was on the second level and had some views of the Matterhorn, but if you were higher up in the hotel it would have had magnificent views of the mountain. But you could just sept outside of the hotel and get an amazing view.

location was great, I sadly did not find the sauna until I was checking out, but it is nice to have that option. Breakfast was amazing, and very nice to have that included in the price, which made the cost feel reasonable since it included a meal. They were very accommodating to hold my gear while I went back on the mountain after check out. Overall it was a lovely stay. The rooms are all beautiful, the bathrooms are very nice, and it was so neat with the climbing theme around the hotel.

The views, the food the staff, the room, the decor - all absolutely fantastic. Whole room was very clean, heating worked great. I was so positively surprised and impressed! Coming from UK - this hotel would exceed 5 stars here! Easily! Absolutely fantastic. If you are considering - don't- just pay.

The room was very new and very wide and also very clean. A good view of Matterhorn with a good balcony. There was also tea and coffee equipments. The staff was excellent. The breakfast was good and the workers were very nice and fast. Thank you

The common areas aren't rennovated, which is why they look a bit outdated.

Nicely, newly renovated room and bathroom with amazing view of the Matterhorn. Loved our stay and the personnel were lovely. Truly enjoyed our time there!

Great location ! You can walk to any part of town. Large balcony and reasonable views! Old traditional interior common areas with modern rooms. Very clean and practical rooms ! Great breakfast with great foods and drinks

I need a hair dryer I did not read it properly that the hotel room doesn’t have one so I want and buy one The mattress bed was to strong for my me and my husband and the bunk bed for kids where above our heads We did knock our heads 2/3 times Kids loves the bunk beds

they didn't provided shuttle services either way. when we arrived we called and they said driver is gone so we have to wait 1-2 hrs at train station or take cab our selves or walk. on return they said they don't have their mode of transportation that day and they can call us texi and we have to pay.

My room had a balcony with a view of Matterhorn!! A very good breakfast with bread from Fuchs, an excellent local bakery. Fantastic black and white photo gallery of Swiss mountains. If you are a mountain lover, this place will please you, even though the rooms are rather oldish.

The room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff was friendly, kind, helpful, understanding, and professional. The location is close to the center (7min walk) but off the main path which makes it ideal. Pets are allowed and staff is very friendly with them.
