Great location for the price, especially in Geneva which is a pricey city. The stay came with the complimentary Geneva transport card, which is very handy. Bed was comfy, and toilet is newly renovated.

Nothing really. Breakfast facilities were small and restricted movement a bit, but families with young children managed well.

Great location. It was very close to transport and shops, and attractions such as the UN were easily accessible using the free transport. I could walk to the lake in 10 to 15 minutes. I could walk to the old city in about 20 minutes. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I was there over Easter and they left out an abundant supply of free mini eggs.Lovely! I had a room facing inwards away from the street. At first I thought this would be awful but it was great because I was greeted each day by the sun and the sound of the birds in the trees below.

It’s a little bit small for a family with two kids since the sofa bed takes space and there is basically no space left for kids to move around.

It’s close to the train station, restaurants and coffee shops, there’s also a wailing distance to the lake.

A little noisy at night both inside and outside the Hotel but we were on the 2nd floor next to a cleaning cupboard and facing the street.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and even lent us a mains adaptor as we brought the wrong type. Size of room, large and comfy bed. Bathroom had everything you need and was very clean.

the room was terribly overheated and couldn’t bring down the temperature. 28 degrees in the bath room! With open window the street noise in a fairly narrow street was quite disturbing. Floor carpets throughout the hotel. Garage was 35 CHF which is quite expensive (and isn’t even in the basement of the hotel but in the building around the corner so not so convenient) and 25 chf per night for a small dog… overall questionable value-for-money in an expensive city

The rooms were too hot. Impossible to regulate. I’m hoping they get it sorted out soon. We couldn’t sleep through the night because of the heat.

The size of the rooms was great! The bed was comfortable. The noise from outside didn’t bother us at all.

Very clean and well-equipped. Most hotels with the same level do not provide amenities, but here they give. Just 10 mins walk from the train station.

Room was extremely hot (although it was February), and window could not be opened (only in tilt position). The AC could not compensate this temparature.

The cleaner is inconsiderate, she interrupts you in your room, and puts the customer after her priorities. The cleaning is the lowest standard overall which is a shame because everything else is very good.

The reception staff, are warm friendly and practice a high professional standard, they'll endeavour to fulfil your every need. Good breakfast selection of fresh fruit and continental, a basic warm breakfast selection. The room is very comfortable, with a lovely bathroom and location is excellent in proximity to the centre

Nothing to complain, maybe a good capaccino at the breakfast would make it superb.

The rooms are comfortable big. The fresh fruit at the breakfast is great.
