This hotel was excellent. The room was very comfortable and well-appointed. It was quiet. The breakfast buffet had a good selection. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Guest has full control of room temperature. Free transit pass was emailed the day before check-in. The location was great, just a few blocks from the 15 tram, which goes to the train station where you can go anywhere in the city. I loved the Zen theme of the hotel. I really enjoyed my stay.

Would have liked access to "real" coffee (instead of instant).

Located in a quiet Geneva neighborhood, but just a 5 min walk to the lakefront with all its bustling activities and marina. The room had luxury touches throughout and was spotlessly clean. An easy 10 min walk from train station. Surrounded by multicultural eateries - I enjoyed the flavors of Ethiopia in the nearby Awash restaurant. The lady at the reception reminded me that the free public transport pass can also be used for the "yellow boats" or water taxis that take you across the lake for an enjoyable experience.

The bed was made up of two beds joined together so there was a rift in the middle.

The room was clean and warm. The staff were very helpful.

During breakfast the place was really busy and we needed to wait around 10minutes for a table for 4 people (2+2) to be cleaned up. There was only one person from hotel doing everything (cleaning, bringing food, plates, etc) and i think it was not enough considering number of people in the restaurant

Check in , check out was smooth, typical Swiss efficiency. Room was ready even though we arrived a little early. Room was clean and had all the amenities in room that were advertised. Fairly central location - convenient to both the station and the lake.

A little expensive, but expected for Geneva!

Staff very friendly and helpful, room good size, great location just outside of the busy areas, short walk to tram stops. Free public transport pass was great! We had a lovely stay.

The place was sparkling clean, the beds and linens were so comfortable. It’s just a 10 min walk from the main train station, and the staff are so nice. Also lots of places to eat around or shop at, and the lake is a 5 min walk. Jade Manotel gets my warmest recommendation.

The bed was actually two beds together. No problem in this, but the quality of each one of the beds were not consistent.

The pillows were not comfortable. The water was not going away with expected speed in the sink and bathroom.

The hotel is located at 10 min walking distance to the lake, city centre and train station. The room was spacious and there was everything necessary. It was not noisy. The breakfast was varied.

The hotel is in a great location, nearby a tram station. The bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious. there was coffee and tea, which were replenished every morning for the entire stay. The staff was also very nice and professional.
