limited options for the breakfast .. bathroom shower was too narrow compare with the other hotels .. needs time to understand the building arrangements cause the hotel consist of two buildings with different area for elevators and elevator takes you down to the parking area for the car

Second time I stayed at this hotel, short distance to Luzern Central station, quite spacious room, and big breakfast spread. Enjoyed my stay at this place.

The breakfast was standard but nothing special & the cleaning staff seemed to be in a rush whilst cleaning our room, leaving once a plastic draw string from the trash liners behind, leaving shampoo & soaps on our desk table rather than in our bathroom & not providing enough clean towels. There was a minor incident where the cleaner had left a wet towel from our sink area on top of my open suitcase which caused the top layer of my clothes to bet wet. Luca as mentioned was extremely apologetic & came with the requested water & to apologize personally. His sweet demeanor & handsome smile instantly made it a pleasurable experience.

This hotel is wonderfully located & the corner suite room my mother & I had was actually better than what was pictured. It was modern, classy & had a beautiful panoramic view. The staff - most especially Lazlo who went above & beyond whenever I had a question or concern. Both he & his colleague Luca were very sweet & helpful to us. Luca went out of his way to personally deliver us some of their bottled sparkling water, when I called to request some. He is also very handsome ladies & so are most of the staff - just FYI 😉

They were understaffed and the person checking us in was very frustrated because of it. There was no where for us to park our car, so we had to pay for a garage down the street. We would have stayed somewhere else has we known.

Our room faced an internal courtyard with the only view being the walls. Breakfast choices were also really quite limited for the size of the hotel. Nothing to specifically dislike but this is not a hotel to leave you with a feel of being in Luzern.

Check in was great, they had a room ready for us two hours before official check in time. No option to get a single large bed though and gave us two single beds (pressed together) instead. It's a big hotel with a couple of dining options, but nothing local (Italian and Thai restaurants). It has a great rooftop bar.

The bread as I mentioned above, more variety, dark, grains for example and better quality. On Sunday no Zopf? Hmm Was the really baked on the premises?

The beds were okay but could have been a bit firmer and the sheets softer. Pillows were ok. The breakfast was good generally speaking but the bread could have been better. My husband is a baker and this was a weak point especially with so many bakeries around the facility. The location was great, we could walk everywhere.
