We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The accommodation is well located, comfortable, a very quiet place in Rolle, a beautiful village next to Léman lake. Everything was perfect, I hope I will repeat someday. Absolutely recommended.

Beautifully appointed apartment with all we needed. The fact that you can open the windows on a hot evening beats most 4 star hotels in the lake that claim to have AC but actually only have a water cooling system that does very little and no windows (like the Mövenpick). The owners are great and very helpful. My family and I had a great time and would certainly stay there again. The location is excellent. 25 minutes from the Geneva Airport and halfway to Lausanne. Rolle is also a nice little town with good restaurants.

I appreciated that the room had independent entrance direclty from outside so you are not disturbed by any other guests. Breakfast was simple but very good, boiled egg, selection of cheese, jam and fresh croissant!
