rooms are spacious and comfortable. the staff are very pleasant. amazing restaurant on site to satisfy the need for wine, have a good quality lunch or dinner or just have a business meeting. Very close to nature and located very conveniently between Geneva and Luasanne in case you need to travel to either.

Breakfast. It was poor and not tasty. Some arrogance from the staff during check-out could be felt. Also have in mind the prices and swiss.

Location is exceptional. Room was very good size, large bathroom. Super comfortable bed. Breakfast served to the room door. Restaurant in the facility is very nice. Walking around and to the village is super nice with the views of Mount Blanc and the lake.

You will definitely need a car as the area around the accommodation is mainly industrial, so you need to drive to explore the towns nearby.

The breakfast included was very generous, and had more than enough for lunch too! It's a very pretty place with enough room for my family of 4. A good base to explore Geneva or Montreux both just over 30 minutes drive away. There is a large Co-op shop about 5 mins away if you are self catering/eating in.

Kitchen facilities still awkward to use and why still no wine glasses in a wine region? I said this last time we stayed. Due to room delivery, breakfast options are rather limited.

All was good, this was our second visit recently. You eat really well in the restaurant. All quiet and comfortable beds. and, quite unique, breakfast is delivered to one's room.

Loved how the rooms were set up like apartments to the back of the property. The food at the restaurant was good but be prepared to pay a fortune but Switzerland is very expensive to holiday.

The rooms are mostly functional in style, I would not call them "cozy". The place is easy to reach by car, just 5 minutes off the freeway, but getting there by public transport is complicated and includes a 15 minute walk. The restaurant is closed on Sundays.

This was already our third stay. We like that the room is always ready when we arrive, picking up the key at the entrance is absolutely seamless. There are different categories of rooms, some are two-floor studios with the bed on the top floor, this time we had a smaller, more regular room. I suggest to verify room descriptions on the website of the property; the room descriptions on Booking.com are not always clear/accurate. The restaurant is great.

We had difficulties in falling asleep due to the poor aeration in the room, and being at ground level it meant staying awake a bit with the door open. Overall, good stay for one night.

Breakfast were delivered to the door. Good variarity. The mini kitchen was also very easy to use. There were some pans for cooking. We actually cooked some simple food. Parking of the car is also super easy. The foldable sofa can be easily unfolded to make a bed.

The apartment size does not compare with the photos. It was far smaller in reality to the photos on our booking. The design of the place isn’t well thought out. Bed was comfortable but hard to get in without walking sideways as squashed between two walls. The cupboards weren’t well designed. You had to close one before being able to go in or out of the bathroom and there was nowhere to put luggage, just one cupboard with two drawers. The bathroom didn’t have any towel rails at all. Where are you supposed to hang towels? OK for a one night stop but very cramped for more than that. There are different rooms so choose wisely. Not a word of English spoken so very difficult in the French speaking part of Switzerland as they only speak Italian.

The peaceful location was the main attraction, away from the roads. A small outdoor space in the ground floor apartments and being able to sit outside instead of stuck inside with no air conditioning in a very hot period. The restaurant is very good with excellent selection of Italian dishes. The breakfast was sufficient and is delivered to your room at your requested time. Unusually and welcome was fly screens on the windows. These are essential when you want to sleep with the window open and not be attacked by mosquitoes.

Great location - close to the beach. The restaurant was amazing all the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We had to book two rooms because we are a family of 6 (4 kids) so that is something to take into consideration with your budget. And the hotel is remote enough that we couldn’t get an Uber that accommodated our family of 6 back to the airport. Other than these small logistics, it was a great value and the breakfast each morning was amazing!!
