We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

SwitzerlandThere were no closets in my room. I printed out to the owner that the noise abatement from the passing traffic could be improved and he promised that he would focus on the suggestion. Mind you the noise I noticed takes place when there is a constant flow of traffic, seldom during the night.
The property is extremely clean and well appointed, especially if you rate it in accordance to the price. I arrived and contacted the owner/manager by phone, after very simple procedures I was instructed on how to go to my room where the key was at the door. the bathroom is modern and appropriately appointed, the room comfortable albeit small. The breakfast was good and generous. There is a restaurant at the premises that serves French seasonal food that sounded enticing, alas I was long gone during meal hours. The very good feature is that the hotel is only 12kms to Geneva city center. The private parking is perfect especially given the calm and secure Swiss conditions.

United KingdomA minor point - It was particularly hot during our stay, there was cold water and a fan in the room, but air conditioning would have been nice.
Clean and modern room with plenty of space. Location was perfect for our early flight from Geneva (15mins away). Staff were excellent and had breakfast ready for us when we woke up. If you do stay I recommend eating at the restaurant - slightly expensive but the food was superb!
