WiFi was quite slow, so could be improved. Especially because mobile network is also dampened in the building. Nevertheless a very nice place to stay.

I liked everything, it has got a nice vibe

The location was quite near to the tram station like 200m walk and it will take you to the heart of the city in 15-20mins. The property is close to the airport and they have got shuttles at regular intervals to drop you there. Also they provide you with transport card which is a boon which your STP expires just before the trip! The check-in process was smooth and there are friendly people at the reception who make you feel at ease. They have got vending machine with chocolates, cup noodles etc for late night snacking. The bar was also open and they also had option to buy dinner. They also provide free hot water from the machine downstairs and a large sitting area where you can eat your self made noodles at peace and comfort. We did not opt for breakfast but in the morning we saw a large breakfast spread, looked tempting but we had a flight to catch! Book this hotel even if you are planning to explore Geneva, it is not far from the city. With one tram, you will reach seamlessly. The tram services operate till midnight!

Close walk to a tram to take you into geneva city and close to airport . Everywhere was really accessible via the free travel cards . Room was very clean, quiet and perfect amount of space.

The staff is very friendly, room is clean, bed and pillow are comfortable, delicious breakfast, bus to the airport is just across the road from the hotel, there’s a carpark just underneath the hotel, very convenient!

Good location very close to the airport. Walking distance is 25 min ,by a shutle is 5 min. Very clean rooms ,friendly staff, big rooms, very nice bathrooms and four elevators ,which were surprisingly fast. The hotel was bigger than I expected with 8 floors and 35 rooms on each floor. You can pay extra 19 CHF for breakfast in the hotel with big buffet. There is a lobby bar right next to the reception where you can have from coffee to draft beer and wine. There is a bus and tram stop 3-5 min away from the hotel. LIDL is located 7 min away as well. Liked the location, the hotel, rooms and everything else. Very convenient if you are staying for a few days ,because it is close to the airport.

At times there may need to be more people manning the reception area during busy times especially when people can't respect a queuing system. One member of our party would've liked coffee making facilities in the room.

Not easy to walk there from the airport. The taxi runs from 5:30 (which is good) so you need to take the bus if your flight it's earlier.

Towels were a little thin. No hooks for towels in bathroom. A coffee pot in room would have been a nice addition. But, despite these minor things, still highly recommend.

Easy access to city and airport. Very nice and helpful staff. Shower was great. Beds comfy. Room super clean and modern.

It would be nice if a kettle & tea items were kept in a room which saves time to go to the dining hall (this a minor).

Very convenient access to Public transport. Breakfast was good. The shower was fantastic. The staff were helpful and caring. Another bonus point is that this Hotel keeps your luggages safely until actual checkout time when arriving early. Thank you.
