Just a room with a different view .

Room was clean ,friendly staff, view from the window was looking down the main road , iv stayed in the hotel a number of times always get a room on the same side a room looking out towards the airport would be nice for a change the next time I stay at the hotel, iv stayed at some of the other hotels across the road but would much prefer the bb hotel , friendlier and more relaxed ,

Areas for Improvement: Room Size: Contrary to the spacious room depicted in the photos, we found our room and bathroom to be quite cramped, barely accommodating three people. This was a significant downside as we expected more space for comfort and relaxation. Accuracy of Representation: The disparity between the room's online portrayal and our actual experience was disappointing. Future guests would benefit from more accurate representation to set realistic expectations. In conclusion, while the hotel excels in location, service, and airport shuttle convenience, the room size and the accuracy of online photos were letdowns. It's a viable option for travelers prioritizing proximity to the airport and excellent service over room spaciousness. I hope this feedback contributes to a more informed choice for future guests and potential improvements by the hotel management.

During my recent visit to Zurich, I stayed at a 3-star hotel near the airport, drawn by the promise of convenience and comfort for a party of three. Here's my take on what worked and what didn't: Positives: Location: The hotel's proximity to the airport was unbeatable, making our early morning departure seamless. Staff: The highlight of our stay was the staff's kindness and helpfulness. They went out of their way to ensure we had a pleasant stay. Airport Shuttle: The hotel's shuttle service to the airport was efficient and made our check-out process stress-free.

The room was quite cold with 19.5°C I booked a double bed but I've got two single beds.

The hotel was around 10 mins away from the train station. So a good oportunity for a last minute booking 🙂

Hard bed mattress. Rude staff at checkin in the morning (blond haired lady speaking a foreign language (east European?) with her work colleague. She ignored customers, didn’t say good morning. It almost seemed that customers were bothering her. No coffee at breakfast because they were cleaning the coffee machine.

Location. Price. The checkin lady in the evening. The lady, (unfortunately I don’t know her name. She seems to have asian descendants). She was very friendly, and competent. Fast check in. Explained everything very well. Even informed me what time to come for breakfast to avoid crowds and long lines.

did not have windows that can be opened and the room was very stuffy / smelled funny. we couldn’t air it out. the shower pressure was weak

The shuttle was not on time, and didn't apologise or acknowledge the lateness when it finally arrived.

Breakfast buffet was very well stocked and our favourite part of the stay. The bed was comfortable and clean

The shuttle bus from hotel back to airport comes at cost (6CHF pp). Check in took a long time as 3 staff members were assisting one family while several other parties waited to check in (at 10.30pm).

Convenient location, walking distance to a couple of fast food restaurants and an ALDI for cheaper meal options. Free shuttle bus from airport to hotel.
