Not applicable. The one thing to be aware of is the check in and check out times, the staff also has a break from 2-5 pm. You can still relax in the lobby and use the lockers for feee, you just can’t check in.

This property is a short walk from the beach and city of Lucerne. You can rent paddle boards for a small fee. It has a relaxing vibe and the staff are very helpful.

bed design in dorm was a bit weird with the sliding door not covering the full bed for privacy. Room lights were dim. Check-in time is very late (5 pm), with early checkout (10am)

The staff at the reception was very friendly and helped us call a restaurant and book a table which would be otherwise not bookable. The place was silent, very clean and comfortable. We are very satisfied.

The room felt a bit like a school locker room, not super cozy. But it did the job!

I loved the location - it’s close to the water and makes for a nice walk to the main part of the city. I also loved the community kitchen, and the staff was so nice!

I had to add an extra nearly one hundred for flexible booking and another £65 to add a child to room.

Sound-proveness could be better. It was quiet during night so we could sleep well but generally you hear much from inside and outside the building.

Really good value for money and a well maintained and managed hostel. Super nice manager. Rooms are spacious. Shared shower and toilets are clean.

The room was very dark, the lights were only for the vibe not functional at all! There is no shower gel in the shower what would be very useful in a hostel.

friendly owners and very nice facilities. full kitchen and everting was very clean. bathrooms were super clean and beds were cozy. great location and walkable into town, but you also get a free transit pass during your stay. we ended up staying an extra night because we liked it so much. i will be back the next time i am i’m switzerland.

It was a great location, with easy walk to a bus station that had frequent buses going into the main town. Had a beautiful park nearby and the owners were amazing, super friendly and gave great recommendations for things to do nearby. Facilities were also fantastic and was complete with a kitchen where you can cook your own food and store your things in the fridge which is really handy if you’re not used to the cost of food in Switzerland.

I travelled with my mother and I stayed in 2-Bed Female Dormitory Room with Shared Bathroom. I requested while booking to put both us in the same room. And they did which I am grateful for! It was my mother´s first experience of staying in a hostel kind of environment and she now has high expectations from every hostel! I stayed there during end of November for 5 days and the heating was excellent. Having kitchen with cutlery was helpful to reduce the costs of eating outside. I am very happy to use this as my base for the 5 days during my trip to Switzerland. To be honest, my other stays in Switzerland which were in fact in proper hotels were not as good as my experience here. Since we stayed for a long duration they provided us duvet cover, bedsheet, towels and we also got them changed after two days. Yes, the washrooms were clean!! Hence go for it!!
