The coffee machine in the room which doubles up as a water boiler supplied lukewarm water. Needs replacing. Parking is tricky but there is an underground car park nearby where you can leave your car in a safe environment for €20.

The room was perfectly comfortable and impeccably clean, Close to the centre. Peaceful room. As far as the price level I thought considering we were close to Basel centre the price was good. Staff were very efficient and helpful with a smile.

The hotel rooms were very hot at night and we couldn't find a way to turn heating down. But really thats all that was an issue with the hotel.

The hotel was very clean, and staff very friendly and helpful. We arrived slightly early and they managed to get one of the rooms ready immediately ready for us so we could put out bags in.

Everything was perfect. It was so clean and the personnel was very nice and helping. They thought about everything! From general things you would need to small gestures :) Also the hotel is close to everything, max 10 minutes to everywhere by tram. Absolutely recommend!

Breakfast option is too expensive (like in many hotels): I only need coffee&croissant in the early morning and I will not spend 18 CHF on that.

Our stay here was to allow us an extra day in Basel prior to boarding our Viking River Cruise. The staff was very helpful and allowed us to leave our suitcases when arriving and departing. This allowed us to explore the city by foot and public transport. BTW - public transit is paid for by the taxes paid with the room.

I had a great stay at Bloom. It is a lovely boutique hotel and very comfortable. It's nice and quiet, private, has friendly staff and is simple and stylish and has a nice atmosphere in the rooms. The room is very clean and has everything you need to retreat to after a long day.

My stay at Bloom was comfortable and enjoyable due to its cleanness room and excellent location, near to the tram station and easily accessible. However, the absence of slippers was a minor inconvenience. With a simple addition like slippers, the hotel could enhance its guests' overall experience.

When I arrived I was offered free coffee, staff were incredibly friendly, facilities were beautifully clean and modern. I travelled for work but would absolutely stay here for a city break or any other reason in Basel given the location. Thank you for a lovely time.

The pillows were very uncomfortable. I had neck pain in the morning. Another problem I had was in the shower. The water was suddenly turning extremely hot, burning my skin.

The receptionist was very helpful and very nice. The hotel room was very clean and they also accepted us early earlier than the usual time. the location was great, and it was definitely value for money. They offered coffee and tea to us, which was so nice. Overall, it was very enjoyable.

The room had an additional bunk bed above the main bed. this would be a cool feature for a couple traveling with a child. We found that we had to be extra careful to not hit our heads. (We almost succeeded.) The room was super clean, but a bit small for two people and our luggage.

The staff was wonderful. They were super friendly and helpful. They gave us cards that let us travel on the city trams as much as we liked. The hotel is a short, pleasant walk to the center.

There is no close city parking around the hotel. Thanks to staff they provided a parking RFID key from nearest parking house but it was a bit expensive and not so close considering luggages and baby car.

We really enjoy staying in Hotel Bloom. We requested a baby cabinet and it was already prepared in the property. So thank you for that. Cleanliness and distance of the city center was OK.

There wasn't anything, it suited my purposes perfectly.

Staff were really kind and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. They were also friendly and engaging. It is a smallish hotel and as such has a nice ambience about it.
