We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

IsraelHaven't seen anyone at the reception not in the evening nor the morning. Booked a room for 2 with hot tub, received 2 rooms, 1 for sleep and one with the hot tub. The rooms are not that clean. The wooden floor makes a lot of noise when walking on them. The breakfast was pretty poor, the usual 1 types of cheese and some salami. No veggies, no any type of prepared eggs.
Location is awesome, the views are awesome and the hot tub is very VERY good. Very big sleeping room.

United Arab EmiratesFirst, their were no instructions in regards with self check in, they just left the key in the entrance, we figured out to get in the room but I preferred if they gave any instructions. Second, the toilet in the suite was small and it smelled bad, I couldn't taulrait to spend few minutes to take a shower inside. Third, we have checked in very late at night at almost 8:00 PM and I kindly asked the host through booking.com to extend our checkout time little if possible, he replied next morning with It will cost you 10 chk for 1 hour extra, as soon as I saw his message I decided not spend more time but to check out on time, I came down to the entrance were they have a small office and waited around 15 minutes in order for anyone to make, without any hope, I finally found someone from the staff and asked them to please charge me the city tax so I can leave, the lady was kind but she kept asking if we have to pay for the extra 10 chk the host proposed and I didn't agree to, anyways I payed the city tax and left, few days later I find a message from the host saying "You are a betrayer!, Come back and Pay" That is so unprofessional from them to speak in this matter with their customers, so rude! Fourth, the hotel almost has no staff but a single lady at the restaurant that we only saw twice or so during our breakfast, and didn't get to ask her for anything, I'm addition to the reception that has no one in, it was very hard to reach someone.
The view is good but not the direct view to mountains and not a lot of green area in front of the hotel, but it was good. The room size was normal, but the sitting area is small it only has space for the 2 chairs and the small table there.

SwitzerlandThe room was not similar to the picture, meanwhile it has been refurnished but not with the same romantic style. Same with the breakfast room, some furniture were historic and nice (chairs, some tables), but next to it there were furniture from the '70's. It looked odd. Plus, we've received a mail the day before our arrival, mentioning that we could have dinner at the hotel, but upon arrival, we've discovered that it was closed on Sunday night, and nothing else was open in the village. Luckily we've had a car so we could go somewhere else. Breakfast was standard and not homemade. The jacuzzi was only for a certain type of room.
Good location in a nice mountain area. Friendly hotel manager. Comfortable room.

UkraineI don’t know.. maybe I would like to visit restaurant, but it was under reconstruction.
This is a very beautiful place to stay, impregnated with history and real soul. We enjoyed every minute. The room was Lux with whirlpool with magnificent view at mountains. At night we were hanging in the warm (35deg) water looking in the sky with stars. Room was very cozy and clean, furniture in baroque style, which emphasized historical impression. Personal was very careful, police and friendly.

PolandWe found the room in unacceptable condition, as there were insects all over the floor and bed. We decided to cancel reservation in the middle of the night because it was way too disgusting to stay there. I find it hard to imagine that the hotel staff even checked the room before we checked in.
We arrived late to the hotel but the keys to the room were waiting for us in the envelope at the entrance to the hotel.

United KingdomMonths ago we booked 'with restaurant' for a week's stay. Website changed to uninteresting fixed menu for residents two weeks before arrival. On arrival NO EVENING MEALS - "lack of demand"!!! No owner seen all week - left to seasonal staff to explain. Didn't believe explanation - 20 at breakfast and more to follow, so almost full hotel but unfair to challenge the young seasonal staff. We were told locally that the restaurant had been forcibly closed by the Swiss authorities but cannot confirm this. Nearest restaurants are an hour's walk away. No guest card issued, which cost us 100chf in travel. ASK FOR YOUR TOURIST CARD AT BREAKFAST if no staff are in reception on arrival - in exchange for your compulsory tourist tax it gives you FREE BUS TRAVEL to and from Kiental throughout your stay. Both matters are now in the hands of the Tourist Office and Gemeinde (Local Council). As B&B it is fine If you have a car but double check everything including nearest restaurant closed days.
We know this valley very well and the location was exactly as we expected for this village. Superb views from the balconies - ours was enormous. The outdoor furniture was not up to the standard of the interior, but adequate. The service from the young seasonal staff was very good. The breakfasts were 'made' by the superb bread, rolls and croissants from the bakery opposite.

United StatesRestaurant was closed (indefinitely?) and we arrived with little more than snacks and without a vehicle and on one of the last buses of the day. There was no other options for food in or near town at 6:30 pm on a Sunday night. We walked around and found some "honesty box" options (i.e. people leave things out and your'e expected to drop some coins into a jar or box). Thankfully, we had coins and/or change. Our dinner consisted of ice cream (near the ski-lift, 2-3CHF per) and fresh, raw vegetables (at the organic farm down the road, dropped in 5CHF or so). I've had worse dinners (spent between 10 & 15 francs for two people), probably not cheaper though, at least not in Switzerland.
Location was fantastic (relatively remote but scenic). We stayed in one of the budget rooms with a shared toilet on the top floor. Price was good for Switzerland. Room was adequate, albeit dated. If i were to return, i would give one of the other rooms a try. Be mindful of the remoteness and bus schedule, if staying here without a vehicle!

Switzerlandbreakfast quite average with just cheese/ham/coffee/bread, but apparently that’s normal for these kind of mountain hotels. we arrived very tired on Sunday and the restaurant was closed, so had to drive yet again to another village to get dinner. and the hotel was fully booked, they must be losing so much money & clients by not opening the restaurant in the evening for the guests
Friendly staff, comfy bed, bath was a nice bonus, the view from both balconies was absolutely stunning and the location is just perfect if you want to get to Oeschinensee or Blausee.
