It is very noisy, you can hear people on the street, last night the guests above us were very noisy until 1 am and we were not able to get enough sleep and no one can tell them to keep it down. The doors are all loud, you have to slam it to close it so you can hear slamming doors all night long. There is not even a trash bin in the room and cleaning mop is in the shared bathroom in the hallway. The front desk is the server and the cashier at the cafe as well. So once it closed no one can assist you.

It is near the Lauterbrunnen train station and not too far from the falls. It also has a cafe on the 1st floor.

In general was okay. The late check in doesn’t help if you arrive morning or lunch time. But we could live the luggage in the coffee bar. Bathroom wasn’t cleaned enough as everyone in that floor used it. We could hear even the vibrating phone of the neighbours upstairs.

But the shared bathroom had no towels, kitchen refrigerator was not working. Also for two days stay only one towel was provided.

Common areas, wc and kitchen not clean. Microwave and kettle were dirty. Very basic room, radiatior wasnt working, there was a small and noisy heater in the room instead. Beds were not confortable. Staff not available for questions.

Very few instructions to get in. The entrance is on the back but with a letterbox with names of people that make it seem like it's not the hotel. So quite confusing. Moreover, we called many times as requested to communicate times of arrival and departure but never got an answer both with normal and whatsapp calls.

The heater in my room was not working, so they gave a temporary arrangement which I feel does not justify the prices paid for the accommodation. Also, having a shared bathroom for a personal room also feels left out. They did not have sockets near beds, one was far off the bed. So has to use multi pin charger for charging multiple devices.

It's nice to have a shared kitchen. It would be superb to have the electric kettle decalsified / descaled.

Easy check-in. The room and the bedding are clean, but with low soundproof. I was fortunate having decent guests in other rooms and had a good night of rest. The price was reasonable for having the basics and a bit privacy. The location on the main street is good.

Staff is almost never there. There’s no reception or luggage storage, you check in and check out yourself.

Location is right next to the tourist information office and 2 minute walk to the train station and Coop supermarket. Room is spacious, clean and warm, has table and chair and clothes hanging rack. Shared toilet and bathroom is clean and well-equipped. Wifi connection is good.

Shops are shut at 1900, where hot drinks are essential. The noise from harsh door handling of other guests- ear plugs are seriously recommended.

The location offsets the noise from the structural built of wooden wall dividers.

Clean single room, quiet, great locality near train. Just enough for a recovery sleep on my hike. Bed and linen were clean and very comfortable. Much better than busy hostels. I didn't meet anyone, keys were ready for me, exactly what I needed.
