the rooms have lovely views but the bathrooms in room 216 was a little old fashioned and you could hear the toilet and water from other rooms.

the restaurant manager was such a jerk and stuck up! my husband was wearing very nice trouser shorts and he made him go change. the next day I saw several men AND women wearing shorts to dinner. He just wanted to show his big ego and puck on us. The front desk guy, younger, was totally helpless. we asked for help getting to the airport and which train routes to take. he was no help and we ended up figuring it out ourselves. our room was VERY, Very outdated! the bathroom was old and the shower didn’t work very well. the room was sparsely decorated, no area rugs or decor, smelt musty. very disappointed and we will probably stay elsewhere when we go back.

The location was perfect - it was private and had an amazing view over the town and across the valley. The staff was incredibly welcoming and very helpful with planning activities. The sitting room off the lobby was a a great place to spend time and the fresh water pool was a perfect place for a quick dip.

Not very close to Wengen village center although there is a shuttle service from the train station which is useful especially if you have luggage.

Great location, very friendly staff (must note Stefan as very helpful and knowledgeable). Very good gluten-free options for breakfast. Fun swimming pool. Very comfortable rooms. Highly recommend!

The location is a bit far uphill - make sure you inform the hotel on your arrival time to avail of the shuttle service to help with your luggage. Otherwise, it's a good exercise less than 10 min walk to the train station, if you are not distracted by all the beautiful things you see along the way that is.

Attentive staffs and top notch service - they are working really hard to ensure we have a memorable experience. Breakfast buffet was amazing. The view from the hotel was breathtaking.

Breakfast was a little chaotic - and we had to wait a little while for our coffees and for food to be replenished but I can see that it is difficult when all of the guests arrive for breakfast at the same time

When we arrived at the hotel we were really blown away by the view. It's fantastic. Our room was not ready when we arrived but the very nice reception staff where great and walked us through local walking options so we didn't lose any time. We also spent some time in the spa, which exceeded our expectations and actually looks much better than the images on the hotels website.

The staff are amazing especially Stephane and Vincent. They are very patience and helpful ! The manager Pascal is also very nice and greet us on the day we are leaving ! Further they upgrade our room to suite and I really love it. Next time I must come back and reserve the same suite as the view is gorgeous !

No AC in the room. It was quite hot during the time we were there, so we had to leave the balcony door/window open, but that also let in bugs (wasps, flies, smaller bugs). I wish they had let the guests know that they can offer car service to pick up guests/luggages from the train station upon arrival. We had dinner at the hotel one night but didn't think the food was good.

Dinner meals are very small. After dinner I was half full / half hungry. I could eat again one hour after finishing the dinner. We could hear the noise from other rooms

Staff is amazing. They really know how to give service and how to care for the details, even the small ones. The view is amazing (we took a room with mountain view) Food is delicious and very well served. Everything was clean (rooms, lobby)

ski room rather small, and trekking back up the hill with skis from the lifts & slopes not ideal; button lift should be switched on, coming back up the hill with skis at the end of the afternoon

The room facilities. For over 500 chf a nite at least expected a coffee machine rather than Nescafé sachets. The towels are rough and thin. The dinner options are extremely limited

It was a great stay, even though the weather on the second day was not so good.

Excellent sauna facilities, with 5 sauna/ hamman cabines. Staff were very responsive and superattentive. We felt very welcome and in good hands.
