As it’s an apartment with the possibility to make some food would be good to have at least basic products left in the apartment. There is no choice for restaurants in the village so you need to buy everything starting from salt and pepper. The apartment and building itself are not cozy at all and very basic

Facilities were really clean. Shuttle bus can be ordered to take you to the slopes.

Hotel is a bit hard to find cos the Check-in is actually done in another hotel called Salinas. Not all staff members speak English (but they try their best to help anyway)

Nice view from the room (with balcony). Room had enough appliances we could cook our own meals. Free parking with a card provided by the receptionists

The staff were friendly enough, but when we had some problems understanding dialect, they thought we couldn't speak or understand Swiss German at all and treated us a little weirdly.

The location was beautiful. The apartment was large, clean and had a kitchenette which was great for making coffee in the morning. Beautiful, large balcony with nice outside furniture. Pet friendly. The pool was really nice.

We found drinks on the fridge when we arrived. The relation between price and the place it is ok,. The first person who received us in the reception was unfriendly but when we left was other person pretty nice. The appartment we had was not same as the pictures showed on booking.

The customer service experience with the staff was abhorring. I called the front desk multiple times to arrange a car pick up from the Morel station upon arrival. Each time I called the woman left me on hold and never returned to the phone. I waited for 5-10 minutes each time. By the time I arrived to check in, it was over one hour after getting there. Upon check in, it took over 10 minutes for someone to come and greet me. I called out multiple times with no answer. When she finally showed up, the lady (same lady who left me on hold earlier) at the desk spent 15 minutes shuffling around looking for my reservation without saying anything and not even making eye contact. Meanwhile I was trying to show her my confirmation email on my phone which she ignored. She kept saying she didn’t have record of it and wouldn’t respond to my questions. Finally she located my reservation which they had apparently printed out and filed away in the cabinets. After sorting out the check in over 25 minutes later, to top it all off a man who also worked there tried to show me something on the print out but instead huffed and stormed away in an enraged manner for no apparent reason. Having lived in Switzerland for over 6 years and frequented many (nice) hotels, this was by far the most shockingly unpleasant experience I’ve ever had. The location of the property was also very inconvenient and inaccessible for a one night business trip. The hotel itself was nowhere near the standards for a 4 star hotel. The apartments where I stayed were inside a residential apartment building rather than part of the hotel. I’m sure this would be a great place to stay for a longer stay and if you speak German, however I would not recommend it nor would I ever return.

The only pleasant experience about my stay here was the drivers. They were friendly, punctual and had an understanding of customer service. There was also a nice mountain view from the terrace.

Well-equpped apartment in an apartment house. Within walking distance to the train, bus station, and cable car, so ideal for exploring the mountains. The beds are tilting, but comfortable. There is a lift and parking area in the house. Be aware that you must check in the hotel Badehotel Salina Maris, not the apartment house!
