Cleanish, a tired interior, super soft beds, thin walls, smelled like pickles from the bathroom.

Weird multi-purpose building with offices, rooms, apartments. Near a bakery and a grocer. Good internet. All in all ok. Well-equipped for longer stays.

Rooms are part of a business center, no staff on site. At night the front door got locked, standing at midnight outside without a clue is not a good feeling. The bar next door had a backdoor into the atrium so we could get inside the center and to our room.

It was cheaper than Konstanz and only a 20 minute drive. we were only there for one night, got in late and left early.

We loved the convenience this accommodation offers. A guest can park right in front of the doors of the apartment. The apartment has everything one needs for a comfortable long stay inclusive of a washing machine, a dishwasher or a large fridge with a freezer. It’s beautifully decorated. Great for families on a budget. It’s in a small village near a supermarket. Pristine nature right behind the village. Also the staff (Brazilian lady) was super nice and accommodating.

The double bed is: 2 single beds, so there is a space in the middle. But we knew that from the description so we weren't upset.

We traveled with my boyfriend and we liked the welcoming and the organization. We didn't have a time for the meeting, but as soon as we call the girl, that we arrived she came. The girl who welcomed us was very nice and polite. She explained the apartment that is small, but has anything you need. (We didn't use the kitchen so I can't say if it was well equipped or not). It's modern and it has a nice little terrace outside. The position is 10/15 minutes by car to Constanz. We spent just one night and I can't say a lot about the area. In general we liked the place. We would come back!

There is no shampoo and soup. There is no laundry detergent or washing powder for the wash machine. Since it's in the groud floor and there are plants everywhere, there were 7-8 mosquitoes in the room. It's better to offer some mosquito coils in the room.

The room is big and suitable for young people. The place is just next to a supermarket, very easy to do shopping. The kitchen is well equipped. The fridge is quite big. And there is a wash machine and a dryer. It's nice.

There is a pub in the building and it was quite noisy in the night. There was not any sign of the accommodation in the entry hall at the first sight. There is a sign behind elevator. The lady who came for checkin was nice, but didn’t speak English.

The apartment is weird with the bathroom except the toilet inside it. There was not kitchen but maybe I didn't understand when I booked. We stopped there to visit constance and this is not maybe the better choice also for the vignette and the fact that you need to drive for 11km more or less. The staff did not speak English.

The reason why I put below number is that they have charged me more than it was stated in booking website. When I contacted them, hotel told me that they will send an invoice which never arrived, and after my many contact attempts no one even replies. Be careful with their invoice, they might charge more without any reason, that’s what happened with me

The apartment was very hot and the portable air conditioning-unit did not lower the temperature. The dishwasher was broken and we had to request new Wi-Fi codes at arrival as the codes at information didn’t work. In addition the kitchen was poorly equipped.

First of all, I saw the fee on the booking.com which showed that the room was 77 euro. Then I found the receipt which says 93 euro. Maybe tax or other costs aren’t included in the price but I just feel like I was cheated. The room didn’t seem to match the price as it doesn’t have a bathroom inside your room.

Self check in system was very difficult to understand. I was lucky to see a nice receptionist, who I met just by chance. It would have been a nightmare if I hadn’t met him.

While the room was okish the price was by far not justified. The pictures were partially misleading as the rooms were they let you think. The bed was rather old and used up, the bed sheets itself need to be changed. The sound of the fridge right next to the bed made it hard to sleep and the electricity cable for the dryer in the bathroom didn't fit the outlet provided. Even for on swiss terms it felt like someone really just wanted to make money and invest as least as possible in guest experience.

Everything was wonderful! Only 10-15 min from German-Swiss border in Konstanz. We are family with 4 adults and 1 kid and we had Appartment 1 on the ground floor with big windows and at the quite side. The appartment was very clean, fresh, stylish and comfortable. The kitchen had everything. Only 1 tea cup was missing, but it was not a problem.
