Only complaint was the lack of information: I did not know there wouldn't be shampoos or soap, nor when exactly we could start skiing. Luckily everyone is friendly and happy to help out.

Really a great experience: ski-in/ski-out, yummy meals with ample portions, clean showers. Just be prepared for the stay: 1. They don't offer shampoos or soaps. You can hear your neighbors so bring ear plugs. There are a ton of stairs - pack lightly.

First time I stayed in Nagens in an 8 bed mixed room. (1 night). The room was big, and the bed comfortable and clean. All the facilities were nice, sauna as well (a small extra fee is due). The price was very reasonable and included a really good evening meal and a rich breakfast. The house is right at the slope on the top of the mountain, so the guests staying there can be first on track before anybody else. Personal was young, kind and very friendly. For me it was more than I expected and I will certainly return.

Dinner is not good at all! They served spätzli two nights in a row and the food is not tasty. I would say this is the only minus point. You also should keep in mind that, if for whatever reason they close the gondolas (in our case this happened due to strong winds), you will be stuck in the hotel the entire day and will not be able to ski or go home.

Location is the main thing here! You are right on the slopes and will have a true ski-in ski-out experience. The sauna is very nice and clean. Rooms are small, but comfortable. Breakfast is excellent!

The dinner was okish. Salad great, main dish too much meat and too dry. The person working on the bar was rather unfriendly and extremely slow. We would have love to use the sauna, but it was fully booked. We were not made aware that you have to book it in advance.

The views are amazing and it is a great experience to be starting your day with no people on the slopes. The rooms are really comfortable and the beds are super cozy. Breakfast buffet was amazing.

Buy your lift tickets at the ticket offices and not through the Laax Flims App to benefit from the discounted rates for guests at Berghaus Nagens.

We chose the place for its location right on the slopes and expected stunning mountain views. We were willing to compromise on comfort but it turned out we didn't have to. What we found was a real gem, staff that went out of their way to make us feel at home in the mountains and providing all we needed to enjoy a great day on skis in an amazing ski resort. Despite being up in mountains, we got served every morning yummy croissants and fresh bred and the three-course dinners were a real feast after a long day outside. The place is clean and comfortable and the private sundeck above the restaurant just the perfect place to have lunch or enjoy the sunset.
