We would have loved to have coffee facilities in our room, perhaps a Nespresso machine. This was definitely a miss and an opportunity.

The hotel's prime location just a stone's throw away from the Gondola and Ski rental shop is truly exceptional. Enjoyed breathtaking views of the Matterhorn right from the hotel. We enjoyed using the hotel facilities - swimming pools and playing table tennis. Indulged in a delightful breakfast each morning and loved our family room - spacious and comfortable, which added to the overall charm of our stay. The hotel is a short walk from the village centre where we had dinner each evening.

Everything was perfect. The hotel is at the ski lift. Very comfortable, beautiful decoration, familial. The wellness part is brand new, beautiful. Breakfast is absolutely amazing too. 100% recommended

They upgraded my room with a view. It was cloudy on my arrival. The next morning I woke up to a crystal clear sky and a view of the majestic Matterhorn right out the window leading to the balcony. It was beautiful breathtaking.

The interior decoration was so beautiful; Kind staff; excellent view from the balcony of our room (To the Matterhorn); nice pool and spa; and incredibly cozy and lovely bar.

Breakfast was good and we liked the cook-to-order eggs. The wellness facility is great and convenient to walk to town. The view of Matterhorn every day! Warm and friendly host and hostess.

Construction outside in front of hotel can be a bit noisy between 8-6.

Excellent breakfast and restaurant. Family room fantastic for a family of 4 (or even more) with a cute little bunk bed cubby hole room.

Pure Swiss charm, from the authentic timbers and slate of the property itself to the kind and caring manner of the management. I stayed for a week as a solo traveller and was made to feel very at home. The location is ideal for heading straight into the mountains by foot or by gondola and the walk into the centre is short, simple and not least nice! I sincerely hope to return.

The construction site next door but there’s not much that can be done about that and the hotel did send a note ahead of my stay to mention it.

Such a charming gem of a hotel in a fabulous location. The interiors are outstanding with such thought put into every corner and every room. Gorgeous terrace with uninterrupted views of the Matterhorn. Beautiful pools, and warm and welcoming rooms throughout. Lovely bedroom with balcony and such a comfy bed! Exceptional breakfast. Friendly staff. The whole experience was first class and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

There is some construction work happening to improve the gondola. Construction noise didn’t start until about 8am, so not a big problem.

Beautiful, family run hotel with an incredible view of the Matterhorn. The staff were all super sweet. The decor is rustic and cosy, exactly what you want from Zermatt. Cannot recommend highly enough we're so glad we stayed here. They have their own e-taxi that can pick you up and drop you off at the train station at the start and end of your stay.
