We really enjoyed our stay there. The room was clean and the view was beautiful. We took picture of the same view every morning when the sun rise and in the evening. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing all info we needed for the trip both to Interlaken and to Jungfrau. Breakfast was very good too. Too bad the weather was too cold and it was raining so we didn't get a chance to use the swimming pool. Maybe next time. We stayed there for 3 nights and will definitely stay again.

The great view from our balcony compensated mostly every negative aspect that we encountered. Nonetheless the room could use some serious renovation. Another downside is that people were allowed to smoke at the balconies and in the hotel yard.

I really liked the room and the view. The breakfast was okay but not excellent. If you stay more than four nights you get tired of one and the same food choice. The location of the hotel is fantastic. Near the mountain and far away from the main road. The staff is friendly.

As it is on a high hill and one km from train, there no shuttle to the hotel. Nearest bus stop about 500m away. Love to have solid soap instead of liquid soap in small sachets.

Communications between services counters. Person who received us, told us that for the change of the room that we had the next days, because of room schedule issues, we just to leave the luggages at the room perfectly packages and they would take care of the 100% movement of that room to the one we were granted the following day. How ever at the following morning other person behing the counter told us WE should move the luggage from the room to the lounge, so they (hotel service) will move, then the luggages from the lounge to our new room. So that new message, affected our time, since we had to go to the room again to picked the luggage up for the movement, different message that we had received from the Hotel the day before. Communication and messages have to be clear from the begining to the customer, that save time.

The breakfast was not great; no fresh bread and below average quality meats. The hotel is very dated and in desperate need of refreshing/renovation, several electrical items in the room were broken.

The hotel is very clean and the staff are great. The views of the mountains are wonderful and it is conveniently located to hotels, bars and the Bahnhof. The room was quiet and the shower was very powerful. Bed was comfortable.

The hotel is pretty much just a room, with no toiletries ie shampoo, toothbrush or toothpaste. No water bottle as well, I guess one can drink the tap water. The floor a bit crackity so can be a little load if you stomp the floor while walking

The breakfast is amazing, the location of the hotel as well as the staff were pretty good. The location was what made us booked the hotel. Just a little outside of Wilderswil - if you dont have a car you can walk towards the station that will bring you to major destinations like Grindelwald or Interlaken Ost.

It's a bit of a short climb to get to the hotel from the bus stop ,it didn't bother us but it might not suit everyone. There was a kettle in the room but no tea or coffee supplied, we had to buy our own which I found unusual. You can get tea or coffee from the breakfast room at any time but it will be charged to your room .

Location was beautiful. The hotel was very clean and towels changed daily . The breakfast was really lovely as was the breakfast room . All the staff were super friendly and very helpful. Short walk to the bus stop and train station.

The only thing I will improve is more deco in the rooms such as pictures or cute swiss items. Insonorisation is lacking, but it's the same in every old buildings...

Wonderful view! Really good breakfast with a lot of good choices. Bed very comfortable and nice room and shower. Staff really kind. Near train station, but it's going up, so you sometimes have to catch your breathe! A really good place to stay and at a good price!

Bathroom is small, shower room is small and it is degrading already.

Breakfast is good. Room is perfect for 2 adults and one child of 11 years old. Our room has balcony facing the Alps which is absolutely amazing. The staffs are friendly and supportive to our needs. Parking is free of charge.

The staff is very helpful and friendly, the room with the view of Alps mountain is amazing. The super delicious breakfast in the cozy canteen makes it even outstanding. I'll highly recommend this hotel to my friends and hope to go back soon!
