Beautiful hotel with fabulous views. Spacious well decorated bedroom and bathroom . The breakfast selection was extensive with freshly made omelettes available.We had dinner in the hotel restaurant and the food was delicious.Typical small fine dining portions but that's what you expect. The staff were all friendly and welcoming and wanted to help make your stay enjoyable. The addition of the pool and spa is lovely especially after a busy day. Short walk to the bus and train station so everything very accessible. I would go back for another visit without hesitation.

Wasn't a fan of the restaurant evening menu, thought it was a touch expensive considering the competition in the town. Didn't really feel tempted by the choice.

Lovely well presented hotel, good facilities, fantastic view from the rooms, staff were exceptional friendly and very helpful, rooms were a good size clean and nicely decorated with good facilities. Breakfast was of good quality and choice.

First of all, I would like to give a special thanks to Mr. Folk, the night front desk staff at the hotel. I initially had my first communication with Mr. Folk when I called around 10 p.m. one evening. His cheerful personality and excellent work ability made for a very pleasant and efficient phone conversation. Secondly, I would also like to thank Mr. Folk for helping us a lot in the early morning when we left the hotel. Since we needed to catch the train at six o'clock in the morning to leave, everything became very inconvenient. Mr. Folk helped us as much as he could, and made us feel the warmest and most caring service. I hope that Mr. Folk will meet more kind and sincere people like him in his future work. Finally, I would like to say that this hotel is outstanding in terms of views, facilities, dining and service. You can choose this hotel without hesitation.

The location is tranquil, and we enjoyed the magnificent view of the Eiger (from our particular room type) throughout our entire stay. The hotel provides a sumptuous breakfast with a wide selection of cold and hot plates.

The rain and snow was on and off during our stay, we had to stay indoors for a day and we missed the chance to see other nearby places.

We love everything about BG hotel. Very friendly and accomodating hotel personnel. Delicious breakfast options! The view from our room is so beautiful! Clean and comfortable hotel room and amenities. The supermarket and pharmacy are very near the hotel. We plan to go back next year!

Wonderful stay at a fantastic property with incredible staff members. The property is new and the staff were knowledgeable and kind. We didn’t understand how the air conditioner worked so we called the front desk and they were able to correct it for us. We will definitely stay here again!

Limited breakfast food selection (breads were yummy though).

Hotel provide shuttle service to and from the train station. Room view was great and provided great mini bar selection for free. Outdoor jacuzzi has good view but it gets crowded even with prior booking.

Where we stayed was on one side of the building and we looked right into the second building about 20 feet away so not a ton of privacy. Also, there is a really loud industrial machine noise going on somewhere outside the building. I wasn’t sure if it was the Jacuzzi or if it was something on the roof of the next building over like a steam boiler or something. It basically eliminates any sense of peace and quiet you would hope to get from staying at a place like this. Wouldn’t stay here again until they do something about that noise.

The view from the hotel was pretty epic. The staff was very well trained, maybe even a little too well trained. Breakfast buffet was amazing. Bed were comfortable, and inside the room is pretty quiet.

This is the best hotel in Grindelwald - modern, convenient, has a pool and SPA, excellent breakfast, underground parking lot. It is on the expensive side but in my view totally worth it. Highly recommended.

Staff were lovely and helpful Room had everything we wanted and needed View was amazing from our room Outside pool was great (you need to book but no issue there) inside pool was also great! Breakfast was really really good It was my birthday when I stayed the staff bought a cake to my room and a card wishing me a happy birthday The hotel is also close to the gondola for Grindelwald first and hotel reception booked it so we could take advantage of the discount card they supply. The little food van outside the hotel had the best food too Rosti fries were amazing!

Check in process was very slow. Welcome drink a nice touch but then only given a tiny amount so would be better to serve in a smaller glass!!

I love everything about the property! It is the best hotel we have stayed in in all our travels so far. The facilities were great, the room and its view was mind blowing, the service was great and very responsive and the restaurant and the breakfast was also very good!
