While a fridge was mentioned in the comments, we instead got a freezer. There was a short circuit on one of the socket which was later rectified due to quick WhatsApp response by staff.

I liked the kitchen facilities available in the common area. The view was spectacular being next to the lake. Room heater was helpful as it was a bit cold

The double bed mattress is a little worn out. Communication was not great. The code to get the key is wrong, reached nobody with the phone given. Luckily the cleaning staff were there by chance. I couldn't communicate with her in Spanish but she did get us the key. Information to park the car was not clear, no ticket or with ticket. The city tax paid with the link sent on the second day. No guest card given.

Not easy to find the place. Room was by the road so it was noisy with cars, although, not much traffic in the area. Train passes by at the back also. Need to close the windows.

Talked to owner quite late when we got to know there is a kitchen too. Need to wash dishes ourselves, without dish washing detergent or brush. Dishwasher would have been nice. Bus frequency is low - every 1 hour, so need to plan accordingly. Only 1 bus goes to interlaken west/ost. The kettle is unusable as there is rust from rods

The location was a little far from interlaken. Although there is a shuttle bus that goes to interlaken every hour. Would have loved if the owner would have kept plates, other basic utensils since there is nothing to eat nearby.

Really good! They provided a lot for us 5 people, 4 beds and 1 sofa, one of which is wide and suitable for 2 people. The toilet is really clean. Additionally, there are free coffee, hot water, and microwave in the minus first floor. It’s just next to the Lake Thunersee, really good view! And they also provided free parking! This parking is just next to the hotel.

Great location. 20 minutes by car to Grindelwald or Lauterbrunnen. Although there was no one at reception/help desk ever but that didn't matter because there never rose a need for that. Interlaken city centre was hardly 5 minutes drive in case you want to enjoy some good coffee sitting by the relaxing sound of cowbells late evening. Internet was super fast!

The hotel room wasn't clean, the bed was extremely uncomfortable, and my family and I were itching all night. I don't know if it was because of the mattress. I was very disheartened with the stay; I do not recommend it.

I tried to communicate with owner a week before but no response ! However on the day of arriving its possible to communicate. The bed arrangements were not as in the picture. For a family of 5 people, we were given a single room with one single bed, one double bed and one bunk bed. However in picture or description its completely different. Also we were not given lake view. The complete room, beds were bit old and there were few mosquitoes.

Location . Its close to Interlaken and by car its easy to reach. Self checkin and check out.

The owner was rude. She changed our lake side booking to noisy on road room booking. When we highlighted this to the owner she said all the rooms are full now and she can't make changes. Also she said that I booked at very cheap price hence she can't compensate for messing up my booking. I've paid approx 105 CHF/ day which is a fair price and listed by the owner, not sure why she is afraid of this price then. So be careful while booking this hotel, they can offer you any bad room and bad service and cover their wrong doing by saying that you booked at cheap price.

There is nothing to like about this place. The owner is very rude and messed up our lake view booking with a noisy on road room booking. Also the owner is not responsive.

How and where to park a car wasn't clear at all, no one was at the reception to ask, the parking receipt was left on the bedside table, but it was for the wrong name, and unfortunately, there wasn't anyone to ask

The room was big and spacious, we were provided with nice big towels, shower gels, tea,coffee and even a small refrigerator which was very useful
