We stayed at this place with our baby for a few nights, the room was perfect size and very comfortable and modern. The hotel provided baby cot and a dog basket for our puppy. The breakfast was delicious, and the restaurant meals too. The staff very helpful and lovely.

Beautiful hotel, great location, very nice surroundings! Whole concept is such a nice story created by someone who certainly has a beautiful soul! Besides the wineyards where you can walk and taste a vine, they have a beautiful small pool, their own garden with vegetables and they employ people who have difficulties to find job! Beautiful idea, beautiful place and somehow they manage to handle everything despite some difficulties along the way! I am in love with this place and plan to come back!

Deskservice gave us wrong information about the boats and the reduction card. We wanted to have dinner at midday, it says open until 15 o'clock but when we arrived at 14h30 they said the kitchen was closed. And even getting a salad was impossible.

Amazing location, great view and super nice rooms. Breakfast is really nice, and the pool was decent. Al facilities were better than expected.

We learned from a taxi driver that this hotel was opened as a project, for individuals who found it hard to fulfill employment. This said, we were absolutely impressed with the level of attentiveness from the staff in all areas. Always greeted with a friendly smile and hello. The receptionist took time to tell us about some highlights about Lugano and what not to miss. The room we booked, was very spacious and very modern, with comfortable beds and beautiful view of the city below. The breakfast had an enormous selection of fresh and delicious assortment. The hotel also has it's own restaurant, witch requires reservation and is superb. This hotel and staff exceeded expectations in all aspects.

the windows on the upper floor are rather low and small, which is a pitty because otherwise the view is amazing. however, they obviously could not do much to change this as the building is historical.

Beautiful place. All details were thought out and executed well. helpful and friendly staff. the view from the terrace is stunning. Delicious breakfast with a wide selection.

If you want to go by foot to city centre or nearby restaurants there is no pedestrian way, but I guess it’s not property fault. Also a bit pricey, but again it’s seems as average considering Lugano rates

My room had a bath tub with a shower. The shower head could have been of a better standard.

The restaurant is superb offering a wealth of local bio products both at dinner and for breakfast. Staff is great! Everything in the property is extremely well run and maintained

The facilities were excellent; a nice, simple and modern restoration for an historic building. The breakfast was superb, and also with a nice and helpful staff. Very clean rooms.

There's no all the way a sidewalk when coming from the city, so you need to be extra careful at night with the narrow roads. It would be great to get stairs from the lowest side of the hotel.

People there are fully dedicated to make you enjoy the stay, they're really friendly and helpful. With our dog it wasn't a problem at all. The location offers an exceptional view on the cities below, which are very much accessible with free transport. We spent the day walking on the mount above, and took a lot of pictures of the wonderful scenery all around. The food at the hotel was also very tasteful and creative, served by kind people. Last but not least: when you book there, you also contribute to help jobless people get inserted back in society.

This is a wellness project built for locals who feel hard to find a job. To be honest, they did a fantastic job on managing this property and everything is just fine! We stayed during winter but I bet the hotel will be nicer during summer.
