Beautiful hotel on the bank of the river, close to the historic fortifications. Helpful staff, delicious breakfast, very practical and modern bathroom. Quiet room.

The location of the hotel, right on the river, is outstanding and the paid parking facility across the river is a real plus. The hotel interior is slightly dated, however, everything is spotlessly clean and in great working order. Comfortable beds, rooms, and bathrooms. Breakfast is fresh and replenished quickly. Walking distance to major sights and many nearby restaurants and shopping. Friendly, helpful staff.

It would be better if there is refrigerator and shower cap in the room. It would be better if the hotel use blackout curtains in the room. It was too bright to sleep. There should be more options in breakfast.

Staff at the reception is helpful and friendly. She gave me the heart shape chocolate for my birthday as a surprise. The hotel gave me the excellent mountain and river view room as my request for my 50th birthday, I'm really appreciate that. I was really happy to stay there. The hotel is in the good location near the attraction tourist spots with the excellent view. It is just a little bit far from the train station so if you want to walk from the train station, I don't recommend to bring many luggages with you. But if you have many luggages with you even the drag suitcase/luggage, I recommend to use the public transport to the hotel.

Great view from our window overlooking the river and mountains, always a great way to start the day. Breakfast was unspectacular but definitely tasty and adequate. Service was always with a smile and the automatic door opening at the entrance always made us smile

We liked everything about this hotel. If pushed, I would say that it was a bit awkward dragging suitcases from the train station to the hotel due to the distance and steps along the way but you could always catch a taxi.

The doonas on the bed were light, puffy and extremely warm. There was a choice of pillows for use. The room was a descent size and had enough seating for both of us. The bathroom was a good size and had adequate shelving for our toiletries. The train station was about a a ten minute walk away.

-No minibar fridge so had to store child's medication out on the balcony. - Fire alarm went off in the middle of the night - wasn't ideal but wasn't the property's fault. - Rooms are quite small and a little dated.

- Great location right on the lake with balcony overlooking it. - 5 minute walk into the town centre. - Quiet and clean. -Great breakfast included. - The most comfortable bed and pillow. - Very friendly staff. - Lift at the property.
