We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Incredibly appointed dining area. Room so quiet I could not hear guests at the tap. Satisfying breakfast. Great location for desalpes fete.Frequented by locals. An information center right across the street. Late check out of 11AM

As to expect in Switzerland, hotel and room were immaculate. You couldn't spot anything that was sticking out of the wall or was dirty. The problem was the price. For the similar quality accommodation price is half in Germany or France. We were travelling through Europe with my son, so we could easily compare prices and what hosts have to offer. We were very surprised when get for breakfast just couple of prices of local cheese and two croissants with one cup of something to drink. In other hotels that we stayed in, breakfasts were really a feast. Surely for £150 a night you would have expected spmthing better.

Switzerlandi would not recommand at all this Hostel , and will never go back no reception do not arrive before 3 pm, before this time all is closed nobody answer even on phone you hear ALL NOISE from any rooms up or from outside no fridge for the price check for a real hotel , much better for you
