A standard hut (as we had booked) looked quite small for 4 adults.

Very friendly and helpful staff - we were given a free upgrade due to vacancies at the campsite :) You can order fresh bread for each morning.

A very quiet location at the edge of the town. The facilities were clean. The staff was very friendly.

The wifi did not work during our stay and kitchen was closed over night after 10pm and opened only at 7 am which was an issue as we needed the access to kitchen early in the morning .

It was very clean and had all the facilities. I loved the location and the staff were super friendly. The cottage was cute little wooden Igloo with a small refrigerator and a cooling fan.

Bathroom was little far and very dark outside need to have some light on walkway with sensors , should provide Veg kitchen /Utensils option too for vegan family that would be appropriated

Kitchen needs coin for electricity. We do not have coin and unable to use.

I wish the fan was stronger. During the summer it gets very hot in the cabin.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and ensured any questions I had were answered, they also guided me in the right direction for all the things I wanted to do at Interlaken.

The only negative thing was the rain at almost half of our stay. I can’t blame anyone for rain in june. ☺️

It was my first time staying at a camping iglo and I am positively impressed how it was so clean bathrooms and easygoing, very friendly staff. 💐

NOT SAFE FOR SOLO GIRLS. I booked a cabin in this place for 4 nights, in the first night I noticed how dark it was at this place and how bad illuminate it is at all, also the bus doesn’t stop in front of the place … you have to walk in the darkness. On my 3rd night at this place when I was coming back from the city 7:40pm , I crossed in the main road near to this property a guy, we both was going in different directions… I was going up he was going down … when I crossed him he looked at my eyes and asked my name … I didn’t reply ! I kept walking…. Was coming down 2 bicycle in his direction… so I kept walking fast and looking back … when the bicycles had crossed him and went down the road and disappeared… I saw him looking left and right … and then he started to RAN on my direction … i just could see it all because he was in a part where was a light up there … after I saw him I than I started to ran as crazy and fast as I could , I screamed but there is nobody surrounded at that place … when I reached the lazy rancho screaming and running straight to the cabin … no one went out ( I think they couldn’t hear me ) … this was a nightmare for me ! So , I called my friends, they find me a hotel , asked me a taxi to pick me up and in the main time I wrote to this property! They said “ be inside , we checked there is nothing there, it is safe , stay inside “ I answered I called a taxi it is coming… can you come here , I am leaving and I am scare to go out ! They stopped replying and ignored all my messages at all ! I was alone , in a unsafe position, they knew it and ignores me completely! Please girl , if you’re solo don’t go to this place , they don’t care about you and will leave you alone if you need them ! Also the restroom is not safe at all , it is open , there is non camera even in the entrance … everything is outside and in the evening there is no one outside after 8pm in summer where sunset is 7:30pm.

there was no fly screen on the window?? so either we had mosquitoes or the room was very stuffy. no adequate ventilation. we had an igloo the furthest away and the internet didn’t work every well from our place.
