It had a washing area but not clear how much money to put in so I end up putting 17 FRANCS! No change. Everyone staying at the place enjoyed washing their clothes for free 😅

Not the first time to stay at Casa delle Stelle. The place is very modern and cozy at the same time. Quite spacious for Zermatt and very safe when it comes to who can access the place. Also, it’s equipped with an elevator which made it easier to go up and down with luggage. I can keep on going on how amazing it was but will run out space.

There’s no mountain view from the hall or dining area. I wish their check-in time is earlier, they set it 5pm which for me is very late and inconvenient.

I booked the 3 bedrooms apartment on Level 5. One of the room has beautiful view overlooking Zermatt. The other one has skylight windows. The last room was facing other people’s balcony. The house is very spacious and comfortable, equipped with everything you needed - to have good rest and cook meals after long day outside. I was impressed there were tv’s in each area/room. The nearest bus stop is Luchre. Get on the free bus (Red Line) opposite the main train station and stop at Luchre, this bus stop is less than 2 minutes away to the apartment.

Perhaps the check in time could be slightly earlier than 5pm, but they had our keys ready by 3/4pm based on request via call.

I cannot rave enough about this place as my stay there was close to PERFECTION. A resident cat comes by the house to hide from the cold and we can see deers right out of our window in close proximity since we are right beside the woods. Apartment was exceptionally beautiful, stocked and clean with a dyson vacuum and a fully stocked kitchen of spices. Very quiet, easy to get to with the buses / a short walk from the main area.

The property is in a great position, quiet, yet close to the town centre and ski lifts. The apartment is large and spacious, whilst being warm and cosy. excellent self catering facilities if you didn’t want to eat out. The views from some windows were stunning. Very close to The firefly for pre meal drinks. Good secure storage for personal ski items. Friendly and quiet apartment neighbours. Had a couple of nights in with films and the log burner - thank you.

Cooking utensils a bit limited but adequate. The only major downside is the water is very hard which means that if anyone has sensitive skin it is likely to bother them. My daughter and I both not particularly sensitive but it definitely bothered us.

The apartment was clean and comfortable and the location was excellent.

The terrace was not so clean and the plastic table and chairs do not really match with the nice and modern furniture inside. I would have loved some cushion on the plastic chairs. From the master bedroom we could hear the persons on the outside terrace below the window all night till early morning.

The furniture was modern and the living room spacious. Tea and coffee available in the apartment as well as some nice welcoming swiss chocolate.

There is only one shower. We only had 4 people in the 3 bed apartment so managed ok, but would have been a struggle if there was 6 of us.
