Comfortable hotel right in the centre of town with carparking underneath. Very nice rooms with perfect views of the river and scrounging mountains. Breakfast was nothing special but not bad. Recommended for a one night stay whilst touring

Floor was visibly dirty and you leave dirt footprints in the tub. Entire bathroom door paint was peeling and i need of desperate repair. Shower head bracket would not hold up shower nozzle. Not much closet space. Very thin towels. Tissues ran out, we left the box out, they were not replaced. Lastly, the Asian/indian bus tours use this hotel, find smaller place to stay of you don’t like that.

Balcony view and location. Checking person with curly blonde hair was nice and helpful. The other counter people we not too friendly. Breakaways ok, not as good as all other hotels we visited.

It was very hot in the breakfast area and everyone in our party was sweating while trying to sit and eat.

The breakfast had a wonderful variety of food and we looked forward to it each morning. The hotel itself was beautiful and our room was excellent. The view of Interlaken from our balcony was so refreshing to wake up to. Additionally, we greatly appreciated that we could leave our bags in the lobby prior to checkin.

The furnishing is quite outdated and although I quite understand why the hallways have motion sensor lights, it is just alarming and frightening to be greeted by a dark hallway when stepping out of the room at night.

Breakfast is good. They have a good assortment of breakfast food. Breakfast is also included in the hotel fee. Location is near a bus station.

The beds were not very comfortable and the breakfast on offer was ok but the set up and cooked offerings could be in improved.

We barely couldn't use the wifi from the room, the signal was awful and that was frustrating, especially because we had to answer some work messages. The pillows were weird, I dind't like it. The toilet tissue were the worst we could find at the supermarket.

The location was perfect and the view as well, we loved open the window and see those mountains and river. The room was okay and clean. The breakfast was pretty good, many options.

Breakfast was a little unusual having to fry your own eggs. The overall, quality of then breakfast could be improved.

The bed was very comfortable but too warm - had to turn off the radiator overnight as I could not sleep initially but settled into a good nights sleep.

Room a little dated

Breakfast was very good, with variety of foods to select. Excellent location near train station. Great staff on reception- very helpful in suggesting activities. Room quite old, no tea/coffee making facilities

Weird rose-coloured bathroom with a bathtub in the middle, so water spilled everywhere. Spider in the bathroom. Room table was very low, not very comfortable for eating. A bit weak-flavoured breakfast for swiss standards.

Perfect location for train trips through Switzerland, only 5 min across the bridge from the Interlaken West station. Spacious lounge with comfortable chairs for waiting. Very helpful staff, we could leave our luggage at the reception for several hours after check-out. Excellent price/service ratio.
