You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

SwitzerlandThe noise - I could hear every other person in the rooms next to mine. the walls are very thin, like in the hostel and you can also hear everything in the corridors. It`s a no-go for me for the future.
The location is great-in the heart of Engelberg. Very nice and friendly staff, offered a lot of suggestions. Free parking in front of the building. Nice clean room at a great last-minute price.

Very well located within 300m of the railway station and ski bus to the 2 main lifts. My second floor room was very comfortable with super views over mountains. The kettle was an unexpected bonus. Breakfast was plentiful with a wide range of options including full English, croissants and healthier fare. Reception staff were friendly and helpful.

SwitzerlandFor one night it is ok, no complaints other than that the room isn’t that big and you can hear all the noise from the hallway. So we got up at 6.30 AM when the neighbors decided to go out and make lots of noise.
I have mixed feelings about this place. They have a really good apartment on the top floor which we booked on other occasions. This time we just rented a regular room. Breakfast is very basic but I find it improved from other stays.
