Wooden floors are very creaky and noisy when you walk. Only one bathroom for 3 bedrooms. No staff to cater to any requirements in the apartments.

Location was well connected thru public transport.Apartment was a good size and had a charm of a swiss house. Kitchen was well equipped.

The door to the shower door needs to be fixed as it couldn’t close properly The electric kettle needs to be cleaned or changed, but we compromise by boiling the water over the stove. Perhaps a place to hang outdoor jackets may be helpful.

The apartment is very well equipped, clean and spacious. Its location is great as the bus stop is just beside it. There is a supermarket just at the end of the street which made it super convenient.

If i have to mention any cons it would be the following: -There are no lifts, so had to carry luggage 2 flights of stairs -The mattress were single so there was a gap in between that i fell into while sleeping. - A vacuum cleaner would have been nice to have to clean up. Apart from the minute cons, the stay was excellent.

Its good location with easy access to transport and for shops. The apartment itself is big and spacious and was brilliant.

A bit tricky to find the entrance/main door inspite of instructions. The wall clocks' batteries needed replacement.

A charming place to stay! This was actually one of the best appointed apartment style accommodation we have stayed in. The kitchen had everything and although we didn't it would be easy to cook full meals here if you are staying for an extended time. There are some great local meal options and everything close by. The owners were very helpful and obviously care about their guests.

The lighting in one of the bedrooms could be improved as the ceiling light was weak and the bedside lamp did not work.

The location was a short 20 minute walk from the station and there were plenty of options for food very close by. The property was spacious and had everything we needed for our stay.

The check in is quite confusing because there are 2 places right next to each other also have the similar locker so I tried the wrong one right at the Hotel Tel. But luckily the host met us and help us out with the right apt.

The apt is very clean, spacious, just 100m from super market and some good restaurants. The bed is comfortable and the kitchen is full equipped, free parking is nice.

The floors were very noisy to walk on, an older building and wooden floors, which was fine for us, but with 3 boys I was afraid we were making a lot of noise and bothering other people.

The property was roomy for the 5 of us, the kitchen, although small, was super cute and totally functional. There was a Coop grocery store just down the street, a pub/restaurant next door and a bakery across the street. It was about a 20 minute walk to town center and it was nice to be away from the business but yet close enough to easily walk there. The owners of the property also own “Let’s get Chocolate Wasted” where we went and did a chocolate making class with Oliwia, who was delightful and the class was so much fun!

The property was right next to the bus stop that gave access to the main train stations. It was also a walk away from the city center. The place was clean and the host was easy to talk to.

The pub next door was bit noisy at night. Staying at summertime can be warm, fans were provided but preferred the windows open but insects can come in too.

Bus stop just at the doorstep only few minutes from train station. Very near to shop and restaurants. The owner was accomodating and helpful with check in and quickly answer re keycodes and leaving our bags. The cleaner was kind enough to let us use his own wifi which was a big help (prior to knowing the apartment password)

The beds are not very comfortable and could do with an upgrade.

The property is in a very handy location that is accessible by bus from both Ost and West train stations. There is a lovely bakery right across the street and a supermarket just down the road. The kitchen has all facilities and is equipped with even a rice cooker. The property is very clean.

The heater wasn't working, maybe because it's spring already, we didn't know. So, for people from tropic countries, it might be a bit chilly at night.

There is only 1 bathroom in the apartment.

The apartment is clean, spacious and equiped with all neccessary amenities for our stay. Location is also great with 2 bus stations right next to the doors, grocery store is just 100m away. Check in and out process could not be easier and faster.

The beds are low in height and a bit uncomfortable. Though my children didn't have any issue.

Beautiful location, bus stop was just a few steps away. Interlaken ost station was just 5 min drive on bus no104. Beautiful views from the window and can enjoy seeing paragliding from the kitchen window. The supermarket coop is on walking distance open from 8 am to 8 pm. Gifted us pass for more than a night stay, received 50% discount on attractions like harder kum. Good and tidy kitchen with all basic needs.

small issue with shower door not closing all the way, but minimal water leak. first night was a bit cold but we notified the property and they addressed it right away. Lastly, the tv was not working for us so we were not able to use it. once again, minimal concerns because we spent most of our time outdoors. Would still recommend.

spacious with great location. coop grocery store around the corner and bakery across the street. plenty of restaurants in the area. 10-15min to the caves and same to Lauterbrunnen area. parking available and they also provide a free transit card which was not expected and nice to have. Family friendly. would stay here again.

The bathroom shower area could have been a bit bigger. It tends to get wet due to absence of water outlet.

The location, size of the property, the look and feel.. almost everything was perfect for us.

Toilet/ shower door with no lock. A bit tricky with multi families in the apartment.

We came with big family trip (6 adults, 2 children). Price was OK considering other options in the area. Free parking (albeit slight confusing on how/ where to park). WIFI is OK. It is in an old building house with no lift. Kitchen is slightly out dated but all was functioning (with rice cooker). Location was perfect (middle Interlaken). Close to supermarket and bakery (across the street). We did not meet the host and got the key via the key box. The host was relatively OK to reach via mobile/ text message.

the drainage in the shower was a a bit slow, so sometimes the water builds up first before it gets drained

location is good, near to a supermarket and near to the bus station which makes it access to the main station and also to other places easy
