Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomThe walk up the hill after a day of skiing can be tough, but great views on the way up.
Chalet Kolibri was a fantastic little home for the week we were there, offering a great base from which to go skiing. Particular highlights were the super comfortable beds and great shower. Ski storage near the bottom of the hill was also very helpful. Kitchenette was also great.

The host was amazing. Manuela helped me with the luggage and mostly everything else that I needed. They are awesome. The place was very clean and smelling good. The view is amazing as well. The price was nice for zermatt.

SingaporeThe water takes a bit of time (30-45s) to get warm. you would need to on the shower for that amount time before you can bathe.
property is very central, overlooking the church and have a panaromic view of the town of Zermatt. The climb to Kolibri is about 7.5mins from town and steep. But we love that climb as the views of Zermatt appears as we do so. We spend some time near Omnia hotel to see the views everyday. The rooms and beds are very warm. Would keep you warm in any cold winter.

The lovely hosts and the view, the central location. Excellent organization, the small room includes all that one needs for a stay in the mountains. The oersonal approach.

SingaporeThe beds and pillows are very soft so didn’t get the best sleep. Personall just really not a fan of dark brown bedsheets and dark grey towels as impossible to see if truly clean. The room has very low to the ceiling so feels a bit like a basement. The room could use some more lighting as it is fairly dark.
location is close to town but reaching the house is 5min steep uphill walk. Nice to be able to cook our owl meals. Host was helpful.
