The prices - it’s Zermatt. The weather this once. The temperature in the hotel bedrooms was hard to regulate.

The spa at the hotel is top 3 for our family, ever. The view out of the hotel bedrooms was just beautiful beyond belief. The entire team at the hotel is just attentive and warm.

I wish there was a real fireplace to stay at the hotel and enjoy during nights.

We visited this hotel during winter but could not ski, so we spent some time at pool area which was great. Breakfast was very good and delicious with fresh juices and wide options of coffees and teas. We stayed at a room with Matterhorn view, it was nice to have a balcony. Overall property was very clean, I loved every second of our stay. You can easily walk to the restaurants nearby, and they have a buggy service to the station. Staff was kind and helpful.

Loved the city view from my room, Zermatt looks like a fairytale! Also loved the pool, the jacuzzi and the breakfast was amazing with a lot of variety! Staffs were very friendly and they get me and my luggages at the station, that helped me a lot.

It would have been nice if the sauna and pool were open for a longer period of time.

The massage was phenomenal. All the staff was incredibly friendly. I very much enjoyed the breakfast and the spread that was offered.

Absolutely wonderful service, especially from Anna at the front desk. We were celebrating my birthday, and the staff went out of their way to make sure I felt celebrated. Excellent facilities and extremely clean. I would highly recommend, and we would 100% stay here again.

The views! Friendly check in staff, trying their best to accommodate an early check in. We enjoyed relaxing in the pool area. A beautiful spot in Zermatt, wish we could have stayed for a week. breakfast was fantastic - a lot of variety.

The property has no control over this but there is a lot of construction around the property, and most of zermatt. The construction obstructed the view of the Matterhorn and was very noisy in the morning.

The property was spectacular. The staff, rooms, restaurant and views were absolutely incredible.

It was the perfect place to stay in Zermatt. Beautiful sunrise, sunset and all day views of the Matterhorn. The breakfast was amazing and the staff superior. We highly recommend staying here.

Spectacular view of Matterhorn from balcony. Spacious room with modern design. Warm and welcoming staff (they arrange shuttle bus to take you from and to the train station for free), and gave us farewell gift of Matterhorn chocolate! Location is great, only 2mins walk from the cable station to the 5 Lake Walk. Reasonable distance from the town center.

Everything was terrific. It would be a stretch to say the mattresses could have been more comfortable.

Breakfast buffet offered a wide array of healthy options and great to start each day. 25m pool was fantastic. Everything clean and terrific staff.

The location of the food for breakfast wasn’t ideal because it was located where everyone is entering and leaving. Also the mattress was so hard but the cleaning staff gave me a mattress topper and that made it great. Very thankful to her. Lastly, getting in and out of the tub was dangerous. There were no grab bars and the tub floor was slippery. We had to purchase a tub mat to feel safe.

The breakfast and location were great. Excellent food with a good variety.

I liked everything. The smooth pick up at train station and check in. The large comfortable room with amazing view of the Matterhorn!! The pool, the breakfast, the convenient location to the lifts and town was superb.

It was further from the Main Street than I would have liked … a 10 minute walk.
