Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

SingaporeQuite a walking distance from town and train station. Couldn’t see the famed Zermatt town view from the restaurant as it’s blocked by trees.
Enjoyed the facilities - swimming pool, sauna etc. Received a free room upgrade with views of Matterhorn from the balcony which was very much appreciated! Luxurious room. Lovely and courteous service by staff. Everything you need can be communicated WhatsApp. They provided shuttle service to the train station. Lovely massage also.

Fantastic location only a minutes walk to the funicular. Pool, gym and spa facilities were excellent. The restaurant food, breakfast and dinner was exceptional. Rooms were clean and comfortable with plenty storage space and a great balcony. Skii room had heaters and comfortable seating to change. Lifts avoided tired legs at the rnd of a day in the slopes.

Staff were exceptional from the very start, courtesy taxi took us from the train station to the hotel and we received a warm welcome at reception. For my wife's 30th birthday I had requested a cake in the room, in addition to this INCREDIBLE cake the hotel also provided 2 glasses of prosecco free of charge and also specially decorated our table at breakfast. When we requested items for the room/asked for local info using Whatsapp the hotel responded quickly and were always friendly. The room was a great size with a spectacular view of the matterhorn and overlooking the town. The spa/pool are huge for a hotel pool and we utilised the facilities daily and again the spa staff were always exceptionally welcoming. Overall our stay was fantastic from start to finish and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a classy hotel in an ideal location.
