We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomWe were a late check in and the sign on the desk directed us to a phone number that went to voicemail. It was explained later there was a sign by the entrance door directing us to inquire at the bar next door that had our room keys. It was not a big issue to ask around and find out the arrangements, but if the sign on the desk had clearly stated ask next door in the bar it would have saved a few minutes of confusion.
Great hotel in a central location. Staff were helpful and friendly. Good modern facilities.

SwitzerlandAs a British citizen, I always miss not having a kettle and tea making facilities in the room. However, this is not the norm in Switzerland.
Our room was clean, comfortable and quiet. There was a small balcony, too. The welcome was warm and efficient. We received the Saas Pass rapidly and we were offered the possibility to leave our luggage after check-out without even asking.

Spainno problem at all:) maybe heating is a bit high in the rooms, I turned it off and still felt warm so I had to sleep with an open window but to be fair I forgot to tell reception or anyone about it, so I’m sure they would have solved it quick because the attention and service was great:)

SwitzerlandThe noise of the club "Nesti's Bar" is very audible into the night. We did not sleep too well. We expected more for the warm breakfast buffet. Only on 1 of our 7 day stay, there was served bacon (no, we were not late). Dim sum was cold (right of of the fridge).

SwitzerlandThe building and the rooms are a bit old fashioned. And there is a weird system, where for each room there is an actual room key and a second 'take away' key, which have to swapped at the entrance, when coming and going.
The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is in a great location, right in the town and near the lifts. Even the single bed room was fairly spacious and comfortable.

United KingdomThe staff were very helpful and welcoming but the hotel was only partially staffed, so if arriving late it is necessary to pick up the key at the pub next door.
The single room was really superb. It could have easily fit a double bed, it was very spacious with a fixed seating sofa, wardrobe, desk, and nice lighting and decor. The shower was basic but very good. Breakfast was terrific in this hotel, with a great choice of bread and hot scrambled eggs and bacon as well as a very good coffee machine. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. I ended up coming back to stay a second night.
