Couldn't open a window in the room to get fresh air - and - being old - I didn't like the whole digital thing at checking in and in the room.

Hotel staff was outstanding. Booking . Com. Took the money. From me. But did not pay the hotel. Bit embarrassing with a queue behind you. They give us the keys to the rooms , I 2 days later. They told me booking. Com paid them. I would definitely stay again

The hotel is at perfect location in Geneva city centre. When you are in hotel, everything is a few minutes by steps away from you. All hotel services and staff are excelent, especially Mrs Katalina who gave us the best food advices from their kitchen. Check-in and check-out procedures are automated and easy to do. Room bed is wide and comfortable.

Room was TINY and you can only get out 1 side of the bed. The person at the far side has to crawl over the other person to get out.

The room wasn't huge and had a tiny window. It also had no kettle. The lights and blinds etc were fun controlled via an ipad, the only downside was that we weren't sure how to turn on the bathroom light without turning on all lights which made it tricky not to disturb each other in the night. Such minor niggles though as it truly was a brilliant stay.

Modern clean hotel with a welcoming lobby and generally lovely feel. Room was generally well equipped (minus a kettle) with all sorts of plug sockets, handy if you forget an adaptor. It was fun to control things like lights and blinds and tv via the ipad and this all worked well. They served hot food until late in the evening which was perfect for us as we were hungry after a concert and couldnt fine food elsewhere. We had dimsum, bao buns and cookies and they were all delicious. Great breakfast including decent barista coffee (we had 2 or 3 each!) - would definitely recommend adding breakfast. Lovely location within easy walk of pretty much everything you'd need. Quiet room on the top floor . The staff (and in fact everyone in Geneva) were so friendly and welcoming.

They needed more assistance over breakfast clearing tables away that didn't self clear.

Well located to the old town and only a 5 min walk to Lake Geneva. Definitely a boutique art hotel -- simply loved the vibe. The room was very modern and small but loved the quirky look and the view from the room was wow! The staff were superb and whilst the check-in was a self serve style you could obtain assistance.
