CityChalet was a charming stay in Interlaken. The host was communitive and welcoming. We received detailed instructions upon our arrival that were very helpful. The location was absolutely perfect!! The room itself was was clean and spacious; the kitchenette included utensils and some pans and, the refrigerator was very cold. Highlights of the stay: reserved parking for our rental car, local brochures that listed museums/activities, and a guest card for Interlaken that (once our information was entered on the website) gave us discounts and some locations and access to public transportation.

The location of the chalet excellent, close to Interlaken West station and shops. Away from the road and very quiet. Messaging from host very good. The apartment had everything we needed for our 3 night stay.

It was quite dark along the path to our unit as it is located at the back of the chalet. It would be better if the path is brighter.

Spacious room size. Equipped with kitchen and washing machine (this is the plus point). Walking distance 500m to Interlaken West. Nice scenery around the accommodation.

We love the room as it is very comfortable and clean. It's about 7 mins walk from the train station and near coop supermarkets which was also a plus point for us . Although we didn't get to meet the owners, they communicated with us through booking message to check if everything is okay and also to recommend us places to visit during our stay at interlaken.

The bed could've been a bit more comfy and a few bags of instant coffee wouldn't hurt.

The hotel is a walking distance away from both train stations and right next to quite a picturesque mountain. The room is filled with amenities including a washing machine which was a huge bonus for us.

overall we were very satisfied with this stay. we stayed for 5 nights. the location is quite near to Interlaken West train station. the room is same as the photo provided. there is luggage storage if you arrive early. check in was super easy. Location is nearby town. convenience store practically at doorstep!

Lacked some basic needs - a small shelf in the shower, no shower detergent, night light outside the front door not working, pillows very bad!
