The lockers in the room did not have locks. It would have been better to provide lockers with locks.

The hostel's location was very good. It was a 10-minute walk from the train station and had easy access to the buses and trams. The room was adequate. The bathrooms and toilets were very clean. The staff at the reception was very nice and took the time to explain how to get around the city!

Somehow i felt the atmosphere was not so nice, i cannot pinpoint it. Also in my 1 person private room the door was hard to fully open because of the wardrobe

My room stank of cigarette smoke, even though it says it’s a non-smoking hostel. It is extremely expensive for how minimal it is. I guess that’s Switzerland for you.

Clean, neat & accessible. Basic but just fine. That’s all I needed.

Problem was very noisy street during night. At around 5 woke me up supply cars. It bothered me that there are no separate male and female showers.

Accomodation was good and clean, kitchen with dishes and fridge, nice and helpful staff, near station. Great for this price.

So small accommodations and the fact that I had to use one towel for several days which I consider to be unhygienic.

I liked the fact that they provided me with the transportation fee for every means in Geneva.

After I booked, I found out that for the dorm rooms there is an age limit of 49. I don't know if this is covid related or there to spare the young people from looking at their eventual destiny. While I don't agree that there should be an age limit, if there is one, I find the fact should be far more visible on the site. Otherwise you can come into the position that you have booked at a point where you can't cancel and then are offered a far more expensive private room.

The stuff is very friendly. Tram and Geneva HB are very close as well as grocery stores.

-the curtain on our window was just a thin sheet, letting almost all light through, meaning it was bright in our room at night due to street lamps outside -i found that some parts of the room were dirty, the wall next to my bed had dirt marks, and the 2 shelves needed a wipe down -toilets did not have sanitary bin despite being labelled as female

-large lockers in room -pegs in room one for each person -beds had 2 shelves each along with plug socket and usb -place to hang towel by bed also creating a bit of privacy -very useful flyers -price is good considering how expensive geneva is

Checked out early due to my flight time and you can't get your deposit back for your padlock until 7:30 so make sure you bring your own.

The vibe is quite different compared to other hostels I have stayed in, I presume a lot of people use it as a stopping point for 1 night and not your typical younger hostel crowd. No where to really sit and chill if you were hanging round for a few days. The place itself is quite outdated but the room was comfortable

Good location, 5-10 min walk from the main train station with all good public transport links around the city. It was nicer to have the option to stay in a dorm of 3 and the other people were respectful Everywhere was clean including the showers and bathrooms (I didn't actually go in the kitchen myself)
