The location is so centre, just 5-6mins' work from the central station. The staff there is so nice and kind. The facility is also good.

It's summer when I stayed,there was only one air cooler in my drom.it was not enough for all.air conditioner must be available, especially in summer.

During dinner hours some guests were cooking heavily and occupied many pots and have to wait for very long. Not Hostel issue it’s the guests behaviour.

Easily accessible and near to everywhere. Overall very clean. The staff were very kind to add a fan in the room as weather was getting warmer on my 2nd day’s stay.

The bed is too soft, and there are two bathrooms that I were used, the door can't close properly, and one of that the light wasn't work properly, but it is not a really big deal for me personally

The room is clean, socket is near the bed, shared bathroom and toilet are clean. Good location, about 5 mins walk to Geneva train station, and supermarket nearby, easy to find the food, the common kitchen is quite nice, but too less utensils, there were many people cooking at dinner time, recommend buy your own food to have it in the kitchen.

Not much to complain about. Reception was closed when I arrived so I had a bit of a wait, but once there all was good.

'city Hostel is nicely located if going to the UN between the station and the UN next to the tramstop. It is a nice place with good relatively big single rooms for a hostel, clean and fast wifi was among things I liked

There can be some really annoying noise from some mechanical work on the street just outside the window in the early morning, though it doesn't last for long.

It is nicely located, close to all kinds of facilities, e.g., cental station, restaurant, river, LiDL, souvenir shop, etc. And I met some wonderful flatmates there, an impressive experience.

There were people outside every night of my stay… they were very noisy, so it was hard to sleep. However, the location is very convenient because it is close to the train station. There were guests who were clearly past the posted age limit, and as a 20-something woman, it made me uncomfortable to share bathrooms with white-haired men and see them right when I come out of the shower…

Everything is clean and organized. the bathrooms in particular are well-kept and cleaned regularly. And there are enough for everyone (which is not the case at some other hostels). The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful!

The price was a little bit too high, maybe because it’s Switzerland :(

It took only 10 mins walk to main train station and near many tourist attractions. The staffs were nice and borrowed me an adapter.

I do not have hot water for shower at night, maybe just occasion problem. My flatmates said he had.

Room is very small. Difficult to get in and out of the door. Press shower is good for saving water but useless when shower isn't that hot so have to almost keep 1 hand on it to keep it warm. Room very stuffy so had to keep window open but construction work going on outside all night on a Saturday night. Was expecting some noise from party goers but not construction so sleep was not great. Had rude check in staff who thought that a driver's license did not apply as ID. Even though it's valid ID throughout the world

The red light of the power outlet is in some beds right above your eyes and is disturbingly bright.

A nice hostel for a reasonable price given the fact that it is in Geneva.

Kinda cramped rooms, I was in a three bed room which was just a single bed and a bunk bed crammed into a small room. Somewhat pricey but that's too be expected from Switzerland.

Right near the station and a nice place where some locals gather. I was only there for one night since I got held up in France due to strikes but they kept my reservation and let me check in early when I did finally arrive the next day. Nice staff and place was very clean.
