The mattress itself wasn’t very comfortable but the bedding made up for it! I was looking forward to the laundry services but it was 3,50 CHF to wash one pair of socks and 4,35 CHF to wash one pair of boxers .. I thought those prices were ridiculous but I guess that’s just Zürich for you.

The staff was amazing! Went above and beyond to ensure comfort and convenience. They let me store my luggage before and after my stay without any hassle. Very comfortable pillows and comforters. Nice bathroom. I was in a very small room for 1 person and it still fit the bed, a small couch, a desk and chair, and another chair. Having a mini fridge was a bonus since there were multiple Co-op stores nearby for more affordable groceries

Hotel in the very city center of Zurych. All was fine, clean, room rather small. There is no gym.

The price was high. Maybe for Zürich, it is more than OK, but in comparison to other places in Switzerland (Even in the mountains), it was high. The parking is not under the hotel but not far from it. The parking price for the hotel's guests is reduced but still high.

Nice modern hotel in the center of Zürich. Good breakfast. Reduced parking price on the city's underground parking for the hotel's guests. The staff is super kind and friendly. And, in my opinion, this is what makes this hotel look good.

Bathroom door is a sliding door. Which is hard to close when it slides all the way into its slot. But it is a very minor issue.

Nothing to dislike

The hotel is at walkable distance from the train station. The facilities are top class. The staff was courteous and helpful. The rooms and bathrooms are clean and well laid out. Supermarket is just opposite to hotel. There are cafes and restaurants all around.

The only downside was the pillows. Just one kind of pillow in the room and it was too soft for me.

The location is fantastic, just few steps to the Zurich HB (trains, trams, bus), and to Bahnhofstrasse (the main downtown street) with lots of shops! There is a shopping center just down the Zurich HB station, and lots of supermarkets nearby the hotel. The people of the hotel are amazing! They always greet you with a smile in their face. Special thanks to the lady from the breakfast, who made decaf for me every morning. Special thanks also to the cleaning team! The room was always very clean and spotless. I was impressed! Beds are very comfortable and the room size we stayed was ok for a family with one kid.

There is no parking!! It’s a problem!

Even the street is not busy. But at night, there are sounds of group of people chatting at night for a while, come and go, which make it hard to sleep. I got a room with windows to the street, so it is not pleasant 3-night sleep after a long day of snowy trip.

Location. It is only a five min walk from Zurich train station main exit. Along the way, there are Mcdonald and breakfast shop we can grab hot/cold sandwich on the way to catch the train. Opposite to hotel is a big Migros for daily shopping and good price chocolate as souvenirs. Room size is good, able to unpack two big luggages at the same time with some space. Good bed, good bathroom. The front staff is very helpful. The elevator is not crowded.
