Right across from train station, everyone extremely nice, restaurant next door amazing atmosphere and allll above and beyond customer service . Very nice breakfast included and amazing happy hour specials . Bartender soooooo friendly nice garden area to sit and relax morning and night. Our balcony had the most gorgeous views with tables to relax enjoy views . Would definitely stay again.

Couldn't have been better for my purposes.

Wonderful 19th century destination hotel completely updated. Welcoming staff. Very comfortable and airy high-ceilinged room. Fabulous breakfast!

The interior is a little outdated, but charming

great location next to train station and a beautiful view. The park is spectacular. Very friendly staff. We liked the breakfast. The flair of a former Gran Hotel is palpable.

nothing - it was wonderful. Our only confusion was how to get to it. You literally walk to the end of platform 4 at the train station, and keep walking. You can see it from the platform.

The hotel was absolutely enchanting. We felt like we stepped back in time, in the best possible way. It was beautiful, spacious, and the staff was exceptional.

There is no clothes hanger in the bathroom which is important to me.

The location of the hotel is very good with a beautiful view, very close to the train station, and easy access to the shopping center. The room area is very large and contains large wardrobes for clothes. As for breakfast, there is a variety of foods. As for the reception staff, they are very cooperative and deal with guests well.

The queen size bed was with the sheets done in a very strange position when we went to sleep at night. They were separated (maybe this is normal and I don't know). But his is nothing, we liked everything!

The rooms was perfect! Amazing view! The bathtub/jacuzzi in the room was a big plus. The staff is 11/10 amazing! The breakfast is very good! FREE parking for your car! FREE bus/train tickets for every day stay. The Lindtt chocolate in our bed was a excepcional gift and we thank you a lot!

A bit dated, but it was a very good value

We were visiting our daughter at the Montarina, it was very convenient and close to everything. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Our room had a beautiful view of the the gardens, pool and a glimpse of the lake - all very pretty. Breakfast was included, it was a very diverse and full meal. The building itself is 150 years old, everything has been modernized and is as good as could be expected It’s not a 5 star hotel, but the service, staff and amenities are a very good and comfortable value
