The hotel breakfast was meager; the range and quantity of food offered was limited.

Good parking facilities. Entry to hotel was effected via a code as the reception was closed. Room size was good. The room was modern, warm and clean. A basic pizzeria was within walking distance to the hotel.

We loved everything. We did find the extra cost for room cleaning linked to the presence of our dog a little bit on the high end (20 CHF per night)

We loved the spacious room, which was spotless. We travelled with dogs and it was good to have a large garden and green spaces on property. The hotel is very close to pubic transport (a tram line) connecting it to St. Jakob park (a shopping centre). We arrived after reception closing time and could collect the key via a safe box, which worked perfectly. Another big plus is the hotel free parking plus plenty of free parking spaces on the street

Lack of decent restaurant in the hotel.

The location was perfect for me to attend a 3 day event at the Conference Centre - was a very easy 10 minute stroll. Room was clean had to ask for additional blanket. Did not eat in the hotel. Dinner not available every night and finishes very early Big plus point the bathrooms are wheelchair accessible

The bed covers are not suitable for a taller person. I am 1.90m and I had to either leave my feet or my shoulders uncovered. I stayed during the weekend, and I missed having a reception or someone to reach out to regarding any possible issues (like a bigger bed cover). Also no information regarding a possible solution as to where one can leave his luggage after check out.

Room was clean, location nice and quite, remote but only 15' away from the city center. Tram stop 5' away on foot.

The property Is located very conveniently in case you need to go to the Sankt Jacob stadium. The tram is 3 minutes walk from the hotel and has its own parking free of charge. Great location The staff is very polite and I believe is really good value for money

It will take some time to commute to the city center, but your accommodation includes a day ticket for the public transportation and you can go there with only one tram line, so location is not a big problem.

They extended our check-out time, that was nice. Hotel is comfortable and located in a very peaceful area. For the ones arriving with car, they have free parking. Fitness center is very well equipped, they even had a leisure room with dart, billard etc.

Distinct lack of plugs ,none by bedside and only 2 in whole room ,WiFi down at weekend.more annoyance than a problem and I am being extremely picky because it's a great room

Nothing bad, but good to keep in mind: - No airconditioning - No staff at the reception and no breakfast for a Saturday-Sunday stay

It was hot in the room and there was no air conditioner. A fridge in the room would’ve been nice. The entertainment room could be renovated (especially the equipment gear)

Beautiful hotel with a great garden. Enough and free parking space. The staff was really nice and helpful. Great communication. The breakfast was good, but we expected more variety of food. Just a 15-minute walk to the fcb stadium and a 5-minute walk to the train from the hotel. We really benefited from the the day pass, that the hotel gave us. Thank you again! The entertainment room was a really nice surprise, we were not expecting that. The common room with the TV and two sofas was a nice surprise as well. Overall a great experience! We really enjoyed our stay and we’ll be coming again for sure!

As tramline was under construction, it was easier to catch Uber to the Messe. No direct route. Reception hours are more or less office hours.

The room was fine and clean. Gardens pretty and spacious. Breakfast was efficiently run. Hot food - scrambled eggs and bacon. Director was very friendly and personally introduced himself.

The WiFi was unsafe. The certificate expired. This essentially means there is no WiFi. Needs fixing immediately! The soap holder in the shower was very loose. It regularly fell off when trying to get soap out of the dispenser.

Good location, check-in after reception closed was easy, everything was as may be expected.

The WiFi can be a bit sketchy, as you get disconnected every 5-10min and have to re-log into their system. They do however provide high band internet with cable, if you can plug it into your laptop.

Very friendly staff. Facilities are located in a nice and quiet neighborhood. The tram station is about 3min walk away and can take you directly to the center. The tram ticket is included in the price. The breakfast is ok, but the choices might get tedious if staying for a week or so. There is a gym in the basement of the hotel, with enough equipment to keep you going. There is also free of charge spring water provided.

Breakfast food was never hot, just luke warm at its best. Breakfast served till 09:00 during the week, not great if you have been attending Fasnacht !!!!
