Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Really like this hotel for business. There is a Holmes Place Gym on site which is outstanding for a Hotel. Breakfast was good with a chef cooking eggs however you like them. Rooms are clean, functional and not dated. Iron for shirts. Bar staff are friendly too. Ate the Poke Bowl at the restaurant the night I arrived late, which was good although obviously Zurich prices. Everyone is really friendly. They all speak perfect English (not that I need that particularly).

Normally in this case you can take your food/ baby milk to reception/ restaurant to warm as we did in Italy holiday-inn but was refused by bartender at restaurant. Either keep microwave or find another alternative for customers.

RussiaWe needed to iron the clothes before going to an official event. We asked the day before to bring an iron to the room - promised, not delivered. We asked at the beginning of the day - the same. We phoned from the room - the same. We came in person to the lobby - we were finally asked to call the "hausmeister" ourselves to ensure that it will be delivered. We needed to call twice to finally get an iron. The door to the toilet is half transparent (you can see what is going on there) and on top of that you can not completely close it, probably to ensure that your rommate can, also, hear what is happening. =) And, finally, there was no toilet brush. The wardrobes were too small for two persons. Barely can fit there, even though just stayed for a few days.
In the room there was an option to boil water and drink tea or capsule coffee. Breakfast was fabulous with a lot of options for warm dishes (e.g. sausages, beans. eggs etc.) and cold food (e.g. fish, salami, bircher muesli, fruits, vegetables). There was an option to have a chef to prepare eggs/scrumble with the toppings of your choice. Gym and spa area (sauna, quite room with warm tea, pool area) were great: clean, comfortable and renovated (new). Restaurant on the first floor served delicious food with an average price/quality ratio for Zürich.

The breakfast was amazing, such a good range. Staff were all lovely and helpful. The room was a little on the small size and the pool closed early unexpectedly the day we wanted to use it so we did not get to enjoy this facility but overall it was a very pleasant stay and I would recommend this hotel to others.

LithuaniaThis hotel lacks more modern equipment, as the furniture is rather old, but neverthless, also earlier breakfast that you can literally eat, even if you leave early and maybe a coffee machine not an old kettle.
The hotel is very well located, the breakfast is very good and You can have a sauna, also swimming pool and jaccuzzi which is actually the main driven force in this hotel, the bed was comfortable.
